Her advice is excellent for discovering the local culture, it's very easy to communicate and she has a real sense of hospitality. The very well renovated house is located in an agricultural area, the completely enclosed exterior is beautifully vegetated and very well laid out so that you can enjoy it at all times of the day. Lots of points of interest within 20-min drive. Highly recommended!

Niki is a lovely host, happy to help with anything and very friendly. The home is nice, cool during the hot days and in good location near the beach and supermarket. I would stay there again!

Wow! Emmett's place is just stunning. The pictures definitely don't do it justice. If you are looking for a quiet retreat with absolutely stunning scenery to help you unwind, this is the perfect spot. It is designed so beautifully, with open spaces, blending with the surroundings (rather than being an eye sore like some of the other places we saw). We couldn't get enough of the view of the sea and the mountains from the living space - it felt like an amazing painting. Swimming in the pool with that scenery was an absolute dream. We are a couple with a 4-month baby, and the main house was perfect for us. Emmett was very hospitable, making sure we had everything we need, and very responsive when we had issues or were looking for suggestions for places. The area is great - an easy walk to the village of Sivas, with plenty of options for restaurants. Several lovely beach options as well, just 10 - 15 minutes away. Our only regret is not having stayed longer!

Very nice house and furnished in a functional way. Panoramic location with beautiful views. It is necessary to have a car available for travel. The covered terrace where you can eat is very comfortable. Excellent welcome from Stavros, he also made us find upon our arrival some very good Cretan specialties that we ate the first night at dinner. I recommend the house to those looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle

We had the pleasure of spending our vacation in this cozy accommodation in a charming, quiet village in Crete. The location in the mountains offers a peaceful atmosphere that was good for our relaxation, away from tourism. The place itself was extremely practical and well-equipped. The cozy decor made us feel comfortable. The tranquility of the surroundings was simply heavenly – ideal for escaping the stress of everyday life. To explore the surroundings and the many beautiful sights, a car is important. So you can fully enjoy the authentic Cretan culture and breathtaking nature. Overall, I highly recommend this place! A perfect place for those looking for tranquility and coziness in a natural and mountainous environment. Thank you very much for the hospitality and great communication!

This was one of the best houses I stayed in - really modern and great internal design. The two bathrooms are a rarity in Greece and we were really happy that we had them. We enjoyed the very comfortable beds and the pillows. A fully equipped kitchen was also a nice element to the perfect stay. Need to know that the village is on a hill and there is a narrow cobbled street (no direct access by car), but there is a small parking about 150m away from the house.

Would definitely recommend staying at Asmani as it was exactly as the advertised. Spotless and modern but keeping with the traditional architecture of the area.

It was a wonderful stay for us. Those who love peace and solitude should not miss this experience. Rena always answered questions very well and quickly. We were very pleased with your attentiveness. It is a lovingly furnished apartment in which we felt really comfortable. The balcony is spacious, yes you share it with the neighboring apartment - but it is still private. We hardly saw our neighbors. It is a really nice, tranquil village with very nice, friendly inhabitants. The taverns on the beach had very tasty food and friendly hosts. As known from other reviews, you have to like serpentines and should pack hiking shoes. Unfortunately, mine broke on the second day, otherwise we would have made several tours up high. Walking from bay to bay (dreamlike beaches) went quite well with sneakers if you are sure-footed yourself. We'll be back.

Amazing Super Host(s): Beautiful residence with gorgeous seaside (inside and outside) view, 1 hour from Heraklion Airport and beach is only minutes walking from AirBnB. Our stay at Adelhome AirBnB was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, Maria and her delightful Momma Sunday made us feel right at home. Their warm welcome included a delicious slice of freshly baked cake, locally produced olive oil from their garden, and a bottle of Raki, which set a wonderful tone for our vacation. Maria went above and beyond by coordinating our transportation to and from the airport, which made our arrival and departure seamlesNs. She also provided excellent recommendations for local tours, beautiful beaches, and fantastic restaurants, enhancing our experience in Crete. The house itself was a gem. The views from the front balcony were breathtaking; we loved being able to see and hear the sea. The home was clean, modern, and spacious, giving our family plenty of room to relax.

What a great apartment!! So clean and tidy, everything you need is available. Even groceries in fridge! In between, there will be cleaning again and replacing linens/towels. Communication is very easy and friendly. Highly recommended!! However, you really need a car because you are not within walking distance of e.g. city or beach.

Wow, what an incredible place! My wife and I were blown away by the property’s amenities, location, and charm. We loved lazing about on the rooftop taking in the sights and sounds of the town. Marianna was a treat, providing us with plenty of helpful recommendations and clear communication. Highly recommended!

We are the family of 3 and we had a great stay at Charis's apartment. The place is very big, beds and linens super comfy, towels, bath supplies - like a top end hotel! Kitchen with all you need if you want to cook. My favourite spot was the balcony with comfy furniture to have a morning coffee or to admire stunning sunsets (I think I took like 300 photos). Underground parking was a plus for us as we had a car. The place is outside the old city, but the parking is really cheap (3 euros for a full day at the Marina) or you can take a 15 min walk. Charis is an amazing host. All communication was perfect. He left us candie and Easter specialties to try. last but mot least, as we arrived late on Easter Sunday, he picked up groceries for us as most places were closed. Thank you again Charis. I cannot recommend the place and the host enough. We did not want to leave and hope to be back!

We stayed here for 8 days with our son and his wife and our granddaughter. It was absolutely perfect for us, we spent several days in Heraklion and then toured the neighbouring regions of the island in our rented car. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a large and well-stocked kitchen which allowed us to cook some meals together. We were especially grateful for Eirini's offers of assistance and suggestions for activities such as the Oxi day celebrations on October 28. We would have missed it if she hadn't alerted us to the parade. All in all a perfect holiday, would gladly stay there again.

Nikos' place is incredible. It totally transports you to another time and lets you absorb the beauty of the Cretan landscape and nature. We noticed something new every day. Having the pool with stunning views of the mountains and sea, a well-equipped kitchen and an olive tree shaded seating area to eat in, meant we rarely had to leave the place! This was a spacious, beautiful space with a lovely pool. It was easy to do day trips from the location. I would be happy to stay again at this house!

We enjoyed the stay very much and everything was wonderful! The pool was clean and nice and cool! Requests were responded to immediately and you are only 20 minutes away from the most amazing beaches! Since the accommodation is remote but close to a busy road, you should take Oropax with you if you want to sleep without air conditioning ( which all work perfectly) and may be sensitive to noise. All in all it was a wonderful house with everything you need! Many thanks for everything :)

A really nice Villa in the mountains, with a lot of animals around. Very quiet place to calm down and relax.

Lovely villa and garden in a quiet spot. Kostas and Elizabeth were very approachable and responded quickly to any queries. As others have said, the only slight draw back is the approach to the villa down a very narrow drive with a right angled turn which took some manoeuvring even in our smallish car. We got used to it and ultimately this didn't spoil our enjoyment of this beautiful property.

We had a great time in this lovely Cretan stone house, very clean and perfectly equipped. Toilet linen is changed twice a week and bed linen is changed every week, in addition to the cleaning done very regularly, which was not mentioned in the listing😁. The village is very lively and there are excellent restaurants , as well as a small convenience store perfectly busy. Maria Ionna is a very responsive host to our requests and always very friendly . I highly recommend this location!

Great stay at quiet villa I a quiet village (just us, the goats, chickens and cockrels and occasional horse) with fantastic views of the mountains. Good supply of kitchen equipment. We were very grateful for the wine, cake, fruit water and cheese on arrival. Although we did not organise any extracurricular activities with them, the managing company was proactive and responsive, polite and helpful. A car is a must to get around the island easily at your own pace and timetable. We visited beaches, caves, monestries and botanical gardens and ate at lovely restaurants as well as cooking at the Villa. If you like outdoor cooking and are a larger group (we were just two) there is a spacious outdoor kitchen including grill, and pizza/bread oven and sink all under a shading Olive tree at the back if the vila. Fully recommend a stay at the Villa and in Crete
