Fully modernized house with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, open kitchen, living room, 38m² lounge area (2nd living room) and small basement in residential area de Baandert. Free parking in the street. Garden area with seating area and pavilion. Both living rooms and 2 bedrooms have air conditioning for cooling and heating. The house has 3 floors with 2 stairs. A maximum of 10 minutes walk to the historic city center of Sittard with many cafes and restaurants.

Colorful Comfortable Caravan

Cozy and comfortable Our Caravan has been transformed into colorful paradise. Wonderful beds, a built in real toilet, a gas heater, a veranda.. With a lot of attention and love, we have renovated and furnished the space, so that a pleasant accommodation space has been created. You have the opportunity to book our wellness separately in the afternoon, between 2p.m. and 6:30p.m. The cost for this is €50.

Het ligt immers aan de poort van het Heuvelland. Col du Fatten beschikt over alle faciliteiten voor een aangenaam contactvrij verblijf. Verblijf voor meer dan 9 personen, neem dan contact met ons op.

We speak several languages : German, Dutch and English. Our apartment lies in a beautiful rural setting. With us, they can relax. Or they can spend their time with cyclists, hiking, or spades. The cycling and hiking area Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide and shopping center Maastricht, Roermond are all very close.( approx. 20 min.)
