Vacation rentals with a kayak in Sithonia

Maria is very friendly & she wanted to make sure we are having a good time in her House. We arrived in the middle of the night but she stayed awake to personally welcome us. The house itself is in a very special location with a picturesque 7min walk to an amazing beach (no need to look for a parking lot). It is a very quiet area and a car is necessary to get to the supermarket & to the restaurants. The house is rather vintage in style and equipment but still very cozy. Unfortunately we were there in the middle of a heatwave and at that time the house didn’t have an air conditioning. As far as I understood AC is available now and will help a lot to get a good sleep on a hot summer night. We will come back.

Lovely little house in older Greek style. The beach is second to none, just a step away from the garden gate. Beautiful beach with its own parasol and loungers and you can go very well into the sea. In the private garden you also have the possibility to grill. We had very nice evenings on the terrace, the sea was always in view. :) The landlord Angelos was very nice and kind and showed us everything necessary. He was available to us at all times with questions. We will be happy to come back. Thank you Angelos for having us as guests in your house.

Absolutely wonderful! The location is a paradise for family vacation with lush green gardens and playgrounds. The house is located just a few steps away from the beach. We instantly felt at home - the owner had even equipped the house with a play kitchen and a toddler bike. The house is newly renovated, the terrace is a dream come true, the rooms have high ceilings which makes them spacious. There were a few minor concerns, which were immediately addressed and solved. We cannot wait for next summer and returning to this fantastic hideaway.

We had a wonderful week at the Sailor Home. The accommodation is simple but completely sufficient – we didn't miss anything. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic location directly on the sea. The view was breathtaking, and the tranquility on site ensured perfect relaxation. If you don't expect luxury, but are looking for nature and relaxation, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time and everything exceeded our expectations. The house is clean and beautiful and it has everything you might possibly need. Our host welcomed us with everything prepared, even cold water, ice in the fridge and coffee. The area is great: from the organised beach at Maki bar to the small, wild beach next to it, which we loved. Our kids had the most wonderful time with Lola (this is how they named the caiac 🙂) The place is somehow isolated from crowdy areas, but, at the same time, it is 15-30 minutes far from a lot of wonderful places to visit and enjoy: pitoresque Metagikitsi and Agios Nikolaos villages, the port Ormos Panagias where we had the best food ever,Palm3 waterpark for the kids, Ammoulliani island where we went by ferryboat, Nikiti for shopping and fun. So, if you are an explorer, it is a perfect area, as Sithonia offers the most beautiful and diverse beaches. We thank Ageliki for everything and hope to get there again as soon as possible.

We felt very comfortable at Maria's place. The house was spotlessly clean, and the outdoor area was very well-maintained—a small green oasis nestled among the other houses. In just 2-3 minutes, you could walk to the beach by simply taking the small path down from the house. In the morning, you can even enjoy your coffee on the terrace with a sea view, and in the afternoons, we read in the hammock under the shade of the pine trees. Thank you, Maria—we will definitely be back!

George and Elina are nice and exceptional hosts, who were always in touch, always helpful, met us personally, and organized check-in pro-actively that would fit both of us! Other than that, the maisonette was clean and right next to the beach + located very strategically on Sithonia, close to other beaches, shops, and roads towards other "fingers" of Halkidiki. Parking space was available, too. George and Elina also organised a cot and railings (on the stairs) for our 3 year old son. The appsrtment had everything you might need for a great stay! Unfortunately, we have been there for only almost two weeks and couldn't explore everything Halkidiki had to offer :) if you are traveling with a family and friends - book and you won't regret!

We had a beautiful vacation at Sakis' place. The house is beautiful , large with large garden for children. It is located 40-50 meters from the beautiful sea of Vourvoros . The house, in addition to being very spacious and cool, was in a great position . There were no bees or flies as in other places thanks to the plants he cultivated that chased them out. Sakis is a beautiful person who I was very happy to meet and hope to see you again. I can't find anything negative in my experience at Sakis' home. Beautiful house, beautiful garden, kind host,helpful and very nice, beautiful and calm sea and very clean just a stone's throw away. Congratulations to Sakis for all her commitment, and thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. From the warm, proactive communication with the hosts to the spotless, cozy home and the stunning beach just steps away - everything exceeded our expectations. Antonis, Dina, and Dimitris were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for our little one. The private beach access at the end of the garden was a dream. It made our holiday so easy and relaxing, allowing us to come and go as we liked without any hassle. This was our first holiday as a family, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for having us. We’re already planning our return!
