The garden is beautiful, well maintained and offers a magical view of the environment. Tim and his mother are quiet. we had an absolutely brilliant time at Fabio's house! the children really loved the pool and spent lots of time out there. the house is a great base for exploring lake Garda, and there's a great little bakery/butchers just a few doors away for any items you might need. Fabio was a really responsive host and I would definitely recommend this home.

Our group of friends (9 people) spent a week at this beautiful house. The house more than exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, superbly equipped and offers plenty of space. Our highlight was the pool, which is very large and clean. Rolf and Livia are very likable and available at any time. We would always come back!

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

We stayed in this house for three days with our dachshunds. The house is very spacious, bright and comfortable. Upon our arrival we found all kinds of welcome gifts and all the information necessary for the use of the house. It is also well equipped for long stays and is independent and private. The host is very kind and very helpful, prompt in responding. We had a really good time and we will gladly come back. Recommended for those who like to stay immersed in nature but a few minutes from grazano visconti and the city. The place is surrounded by fields with spectacular views.

If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, this is the place to be. Magnificent views, large garden area with private vegetable garden for self-harvesting and great pool. The accommodation fully corresponds to the descriptions and pictures in the listing, is tastefully decorated and we immediately felt comfortable.

Our stay here was amazing! The host was very responsive and provided us with plenty of options locally to enjoy our stay. The home was beautiful and met all of our needs. We are a family of 4 and felt very safe throughout our stay. It was very close to the city center and we had no issues commuting. Beautiful apartment, comfortable and spacious. Too bad we didn't have time to take advantage of the terrace and garden! The parking space inside the courtyard is priceless. The neighbors are a little noisy, or maybe the walls are thin, but apart from some strange noises in the evening, they didn't bother us. There is no wifi, my son would have appreciated it, but it is clearly indicated in the description that it is not available, so absolutely no problem!

The house is very well cared for in detail. Too bad the fresh air, otherwise we would have taken a dip in the pool. Beautiful garden, very well cared for. The kitchen is huge. The owner of the bar in front of the house is also very nice. I wouldn't know what to add. We had a great time and had a great time. Congratulations to Miriam from all of us.

I was very satisfied with the cottage and I really appreciated Barbara's kindness and availability. It's nice to walk into a place where there are little extra things put there for you, to make your stay more comfortable. It shows attention and a desire to make the people welcomed feel good.🥰

We were (2 pairs of adults) from April 24 to 27 guests of Anna Maria. Very nice house, as described, in the countryside near Felino. It is located on a small hill surrounded by greenery. It's close to Felino but you always need to take the car to get around. Nearby there are various supermarkets and excellent restaurants (I recommend the Culatelleria in Sanguinaro) Excellent as a starting point to visit the surroundings (we saw Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Torrechiara Castle). It was a nice stay. Host available and friendly.

We had a very quiet stay in a beautiful home, fully equipped with everything you need, the communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend it.

The place is in a quiet neighborhood and has a shop with local products that I recommend! The house is very spacious and clean, inside there is everything you need to feel at home! The hosts were very kind and helpful! We'll definitely be back!

Paola and Adriano are awesome people. As for the place, it's nice and quiet, in a beautiful location on the side of the mountain. Not very far (driving distance) from great tourist attractions like Portofino or Cinque Terre. I would recommend.

We stayed at Giusi's place. We were seven adults, two infants and one dog. She personally welcomed us and we were already in contact before. So super flexible. She also gave us tips and was very friendly. The place is very nice and also the seven of it was no problem with showers and toilet. You can reach Peschiera in a few minutes by car and Sirmione is also not far away by car. We really enjoyed it here and will definitely remember this place!

We had a great time! The location of the house was for us perfect. Everything, the towns and lake garda was one hour by car. We spend also alot of reading en bbqing in the garden. If you like quiteness this is the perfect location

Wide space, both interior and a beautiful outdoor space (to be used mainly in the summer). Very secluded place, great for relaxing.

Our stay at Maddalena was wonderful. The house is cozy, warm and equipped with all the comforts. The view and surroundings are wonderful. We had a quiet weekend, which gave us some peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of city life. Last but not least, Maddalena was extremely responsive, kind and available.
