House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). It is possible to rent a boat mooring - with further notice and in agreement with the owner. Wi-fi and parking are free and available on site. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Welcome to our brand-new apartment, where modern luxury meets comfort. Enjoy the bathroom with a walk-in shower and the fully equipped kitchen including a wine fridge. Our place has fast wireless internet, two smart TV’s, air conditioning, floor heating, a balcony and free private parking. Pula City Mall and the bus station are within walking distance. It’s just a 10-minute drive to Pula Airport and the beautiful beaches of Verudela.
