“Our Stone House with Garden“ is in the city. It is located near St John's Church. You are in the city center with a 2-minute walk. Our house is entered through the garden. The lounge and bedrooms overlook the back street. The entrance and kitchen overlook the garden. Upstairs there is a sitting area, a bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace. The other bedroom and bathroom are downstairs. There is grapefruit, orange and olive tree in the garden. You can enjoy the garden in various seating areas in the garden.

Alison is very hospitable and very thoughtful. I was always able to reach him very quickly. The house had everything. We accommodated 5 people, 5 people can stay comfortably. There was an iron, tea maker, coffee machines, mixer, plate sets, washing machine, dishwasher, bath towels, linens, blankets, board games, mosquito net, bookcase, everything. The house was very clean, even the blanket smelled good. There's another toilet in the garden, so you can rest assured✌🏻 Despite the crowd of Izmir, the location of the house was calm and peaceful. We preferred Yoncaköy as the sea and we could reach there in 15 minutes by car. The garden is so peaceful that you won't want to leave. Only the pool in the backyard is shared. The front yard is all yours. Simply a wonderful home and host, I can't wait to come back☺️🫶🏻

We had a great stay at Alison’s place. The sunset views were amazing from the pool area and it was a good base to explore the Ephesus ruins. The house was clean and comfortable. Weather ruined our plans for a beach day in Kusadasi but Alison was helpful with suggestions. We did find taxi drivers and operators on our own that were more inexpensive than her suggestions so that’s something to keep in mind. There were a few negatives. The place was clean though it had a strange smell we couldn’t put our finger on in the bedrooms. And being in the pool area you realized you have neighbors right above you so it doesn’t feel very private since we did hear them one day as well. Lastly, the neighborhood the house is in itself is not the prettiest. We never felt unsafe walking though and it’s a 8 minute or so walk to a busy area of delicious restaurants. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but it was the most expensive accommodation in our 10 days in Turkey so unsure of value.

Absolutely incredible small hotel in the mountains. Hardly anyone was staying there when we checked in. The sunset was beautiful. We couldn't believe our luck in getting this place almost to ourselves. We wished we were staying for longer. Stay here!
