Het authentieke eenvoudige Saamaka hutje is rustig gelegen bij jungle en rivier. De hut heeft 2 slaapkamers. Een slaapkamer is voorzien van een tweepersoonsbed, in de andere slaapkamer is voorzien van 2 hangmatten met klamboe. Er is nog een soortgelijke hut te huur. U kunt tochten maken onder begeleiding van gids Spenky door de jungle, over de rivier en door de dorpjes. Ook kunt u relaxen en zwemmen in de Suriname rivier. De maaltijden worden 3 maal daags gekookt tegen een vergoeding per dag.

The cabin is located at the end of the village of Boto Pasi, 100 meters walk from the river. and in the middle of the jungle nature. The unique thing about a stay in Camp Makandi is that you are here in peace without too many other tourists, right in the jungle and close to life in village.
