Vacation rentals with a patio in Sioux Falls

Jacob was a great host and when I had some questions he responded quickly. His place is clean and just as described. We were mainly there at night right before bed but everything was great.

Older house that has been nicely renovated. Fully equipped for long-term stays. I was there 4 weeks and really enjoyed my stay.

We felt right at home , we were passing through for the night , perfect neighborhood for a nice walk . Will stay again if heading through Sioux Falls . Bed was comfortable . Same with the couches !

Stayed here for a rotation at Avera McKennon, and it’s perfect for one person. Love that Sara let me use the garage since it snowed while I was there!

"Nana's" is truthfully one of the better Airbnbs I've stayed at. I was a little nervous about staying somewhere with no reviews yet, but I had some specific needs (allows dogs, would let us host a small gathering that included two small kids), and Dawn's place was one of the few that met them, and then also way exceeded them. Unlike other places I've stayed, Dawn was *so* sweet about letting us have our group of college friends over, and even left us cookies with our college mascot on them and a pack-n-play for the baby. We took a low-key approach to food, but the kitchen was stocked with really anything you'd ever need as far as utensils go (way more than most Airbnbs). The beds were comfortable (I slept on the Murphy bed), everything was clean, and Dawn was quick to respond to any questions I had throughout our stay. Finally, this space is so beautiful and homey. Most of us were traveling from out of town, so it was nice to stay somewhere that felt like an actual home.

The Platinum Loft was just right for our needs. My daughter and I were in town to visit family who live nearby and we were able to walk to and from their house without any concerns. The bedrooms are generously sized and the beds are comfortable. I appreciated the small desk area in the larger bedroom for the few hours of remote work I had to do. The bathroom and kitchen area were clean and well-stocked with the essentials. We had an issue with getting the outer door to lock but Abby responded right away and by the time we returned it was fixed. We would absolutely stay here again!

I've stayed at another one of Matt's properties in the past and they never disappoint. Matt and his wife do such a great job of paying attention to the details. This home was stylish, comfortable, and met all of our needs. Having grown up in the neighborhood and actually seeing the home prior to them buying and renovating, the transformation is beyond amazing. I would highly recommend this, as well as any other property that Matt and his family manage, you will not be disappointed. I very much hope to be able to stay at this property again in the future.

This home was so cute! Perfect for what I needed it for too! 9 of us stayed over and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and it was easy to check in. Would definitely come again!

Great layout, lots of room. Especially liked the big bedroom with the open loft area adjacent. Whole place was clean and neat and was located near places to eat.

This is an amazing home, and she is very nice about everything and understandable, also got to park inside the garage which is very nice for the vehicles! Amazing host would and will stay again! Completely private and easy!

We enjoyed our peaceful stay in Lisa’s lovely home! We were in the area for a family holiday gathering. We had some travel challenges (fog, a son’s car accident) so family members arrived at different times, but we had such great check-in details that the family members who arrived first had smooth sailing getting in & the house was a sanctuary when we finally all got there. The garage was very handy to have. Thank you, Lisa!
