“This is a must! This hidden gem is worth every penny. It was in the 90s outside and it was very cool with the portable air conditioner inside. Our beach trip was cancelled due to covid-19, but this completely helped us make memories! Water and drinks were provided. Bed was super comfy. We did have a few ants but I expected a critter or 2 due to the heat and tree! It was very clean and they also provided cleaning (Clorox) wipes! The process was very easy and the hosts were amazing! Breakfast was also amazing! Thank you! Already booking our next stay!”

“Everything about Monica’s place is exceptional. It is clean, quiet, safe and spacious. She provided clear instructions on how to check in and made sure we had all our questions answered. I will definitely be booking again.”

“Shelly and David exceeded all my expectations as hosts and their cottage was perfect (and incredibly adorable). I honestly wish it was my own home! It was just my boyfriend and I staying, but there was enough space for a large family to stay comfortably. I told them I was a foodie and they immediately did some research on local food events that were happening during my stay. That is great hosting right there, folks! The cottage was squeaky clean and they even had local snacks waiting for us which was much appreciated after a long hike at Stone State Park. This by far was my favorite Airbnb to date and I will most definitely be choosing them again if I'm ever in Sioux City. Thank you so much for the great hospitality, Shelly and David!”
