On the terraces, you can enjoy hours of relaxation overlooking the rose garden – ideal for unwinding, sunbathing, or barbecuing.

The apartment is 2 minutes from the famous Lichtentaler Allee. Bus stop 1 minute. Downtown is a 12-minute walk. It is located on the 3rd floor in the back of the building, very quiet location overlooking the countryside with balcony, parquet floor, high-speed Internet, Bluetooth speakers. No pets allowed Cleaning fees of €40 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a tourist tax of € 4.50 per person per day to be paid at check-in. Registration form must be completed.
