Alexandra was a great host. She communicated with us through the week, gave recommendations for where to eat, and hade a quick response time. The condo was beautiful. The 6th floor made for great views and the balcony faced the sunset. The island sure lived up to it's slogan as being the friendly island, as most everyone we passed no matter where we were gave us a smile and a greeting.

A spacious living area is illuminated by natural light from large glass doors, revealing stunning water views. Modern furniture includes a large sectional sofa with decorative pillows, a coffee table, and a dining space with contemporary chairs. Light tile flooring contributes to the airy ambiance.

This is the second time I have booked at one of Simona unit , she is an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed . The condo is very close to maho strip and mullet bay . The place was very clean with great views , will look to book again with her next time in SXM

Le Paradis c'est ici - sea view

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect – just a short 10 minutes walk from the best beach in St. Martin and close to great restaurants and shops. The accommodation was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony with the stunning sunset view was a definite highlight. The residence has a swimming pool and a gym for those who practice sport regularly. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great local tips that made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Notre séjour chez Isabelle était parfait! Le logement est magnifique avec une vue exceptionnelle! La résidence est un bijou qui propose des services à la hauteur d'un hôtel de luxe! Isabelle a été une hôte parfaite! très sympathique, réactive et avec de bons conseils. Je recommande à 1000% ce logement!

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Aqua Marina. This luxury condo is very spacious with a private walk out balcony in each room that boasts spectacular views of the islands Jamila is the perfect hostess. She setup the car rental agreement for our stay and responded immediately to all of our needs. I’m the future, We will stay at this condo without hesitation!

The property was exactly as describe but possibly better. Property was clean and easy to access. Pool was great and beach was great. We were able to walk to so many places. Beaches, restaurants, shops all that we needed was very close. We would choose this property again for sure.

Las fotos no hacen justicia a lo increíble del lugar. Es un espacio perfecto para sentir que estás disfrutando tus vacaciones con confort y todo lo que necesitas. Las vistas al mar desde la unidad es impresionante. Yvan y Randy hicieron todo y más para que la estadía fuese memorable. Son unos anfitriones maravillosos, simpáticos y me hicieron sentir como en mi casa en el minuto que arribé. Estuvieron continuamente en contacto e hicieron sugerencias de lugares y restaurantes. Unos anfitriones tan de lujo como el penthouse! Volveré sin dudas!

Magnificent spacious ocean-view luxury condo

My friends and I had an amazing stay in Maia’s apartment. The views were immaculate. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so peaceful that some of us often fell asleep on the balcony. Maia and her team were very responsive when we had questions. The desk attendants at the property were so kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again and am already planning my next trip.

Two comfortable loungers are positioned on a private balcony, offering views of the expansive ocean. The railing provides safety while allowing unobstructed sight of the water, with a small table placed between the chairs. The sky is adorned with soft clouds.

Fantastic stay at AquaMarina! The location is fantastic, as its very close to restaurants and nightlife. The pool is beautiful. It's also walkable to padel and pickleball courts. The unit itself was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Our Host Jamila was very responsive and made checking in and out very easy. 10/10 experience.

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique à villa Blu Azur. Tout est spacieux, bien pensé et décoré avec goût. Les lits sont particulièrement confortables, ce qui a rendu nos nuits vraiment reposantes. La terrasse était un vrai coup de cœur, avec une vue incroyable sur le lagon et l’île d’Anguilla. Chaque moment passé là-bas était absolument magique. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la salle de sport complète et le sauna! C’était un vrai plus pour rendre notre séjour encore plus spécial. Un autre atout majeur de cette villa est son emplacement idéal. Nous étions à quelques minutes de Maho et des plages, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement des environs sans avoir à faire de longs trajets. Enfin, un grand merci à Alexandra pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Elle a répondu à toutes nos questions avec rapidité et nous a donné des recommandations précieuses pour découvrir des lieux formidables. Une expérience à refaire sans hésiter, merci encore pour ce séjour.

This place was amazing for our week in St Maarten. Huge 2 bedroom condo with all the amenities you would ever need. We felt safe with the 24/7 security. Close to Maho beach and Mullet Bay. Our stay was comfortable and Simona went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Gorgeous 2 bedroom beachfront condo

We had a great stay in a great place. Excellent location, convenient to everything. Pool and beach area were better than you can imagine. Overall, very relaxing, beautiful and clean Rental.
