Situated in a traditional Brussels townhouse from the 1890's, the apartment was recently renovated to a high quality finish, so you'll find everything that you might expect and more! Light, trendy and most importantly - comfortable with all the amenities you would need. The cherry on top? A beautiful rooftop terrace to enjoy your morning coffee!

Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

Ce studio possède tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour (literie neuve, cuisine équipée, internet,...). Il se trouve au 2ème étage d'un petit immeuble sans ascenseur situé aux pieds de la Basilique et à proximité de plusieurs commerces (épiceries, boulangeries, pharmacies,...). Vous trouverez un arrêt de tram au coin de la rue et le métro le plus proche (Simonis) vous emmènera au centre ville en 10 minutes. Vous pouvez aussi facilement garer votre voiture dans le quartier.

Fully equipped studio located at 5-10 minutes walking distance from Brussels Expo and ING Arena, and at 10-15 minutes from the Atomium, trams, buses, and metro, north of Brussels. The private studio is located on the ground floor in my house. Nice terrace & garden are at your disposal as well. Just bring your luggage :-)
