Monthly Rentals in Sinking Spring

I stayed here for a 13 week nursing contract at a local hospital. I work nights so quiet is extremely important. I got my wish for that for sure. This is a great little efficiency for one person to stay at for an extended period of time. The host and her husband are very responsive to any issues. The ones I had were very minor and quickly resolved. I would definitely stay here again.

We were on a business trip to Wyomissing so needed a nice place to stay that was central to where we needed to be. Davids place fitted the bill and the place and location were ideal to what we needed. There are some great restaurants close by as well.

This is our third stay here at the Summer Kitchen. We lived down the street and moved away 8 years ago so it was like coming home. The cottage is so cozy and private. Jillian was so nice, welcoming and responsive. We try to stay here whenever we come back to town. The Youngs

Communication with Host - Great, warm n welcoming; 0Place- beautiful; Location: perfect; Amenities-all that you need. My family and I came for a birthday celebration so our schedule was a little busy and hectic and we didnt truly get to enjoy all that this property offered. However, the birthday lady and her family dropped by and remarked just how nice the place was. Its large for a big family and the kitchen is to die for. My family enjoys being able to sit around the kitchen n eat and talk. 😃 what a great time we had. I would definitely recommend this place to the big or small families or just a want to get away.
