Host is very helpful and proactive. We felt at home. House is inside a big field so you can park your car inside securely. There is also a terrace for usage with table. All rooms are clean. Kitchen has all you need. Beaches and airport is nearby like 15 to 20 minutes by car. Overall we were satisfied with the place. Thanks for hospitality of Guiseppe and his mother.

Really nice place in a quiet part of town yet just a 15 minute walk to the main area of downtown with lots of restaurants. Street parking was very easy. Wifi was strong enough for video calls. Anna Rita was really nice and even had some beach chairs and an umbrella we could use. Would highly recommend!

Wir konnten leider nur 4 Tage in Francescos Unterkunft verbringen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ein Aufenthalt in diesem historischen Gebäude ist etwas ganz besonderes. Man spürt in diesem alten Gemäuer die großartige Geschichte und Kultur Sardiniens . Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist zu jederzeit ein Traum. Francesco war ein sehr freundlicher, hilfreicher und unkomplizierter Gastgeber . Er hat uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben. In Francescos Haus ist man rundum gut aufgehoben !

first of all. I've been to 78 countries and visited hundreds of airbnb's but this airbnb is special. Tina and her apartment are amazing - I have never been to such a clean place, all details are focused on. there is really everything you need. the ceanliness was over all expectations. I've been to many 5 star hotels but they were not so clean as this apartment. we loved it and I can recommend this place 100000% Secondly there are all kitchen utensils you need and everything for a good smelling body and head in the bathroom 😃👍 thank you again

Nous avons été très bien accueilli avec nos deux chiens par Tore et Isabelle. La maison était parfaite, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. L’environnement est très agréable, en pleine nature. Tore et Isabelle nous ont gentiment invité à dîner avec eux et leurs amis, on a vraiment apprécié encore un grand merci à eux. Nous recommandons vivement de logement.

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Tage in dieser Unterkunft, die nicht einsam, aber dennoch sehr ruhig lag mit einem super Ausblick aufs Meer mit Sonne am Vormittag vorne und am Nachmittag hinten im kl. Garten. Tolle Lage am Berghang. Die Kommunikation mit Christian und Fabrizia war super nett😊💕 und Christians Mama hat uns nett auf Deutsch begrüßt! Sehr praktisch und gemütlich. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder machen👍Danke für alles!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen, sauberen, gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten, zweistöckigen Appartement. Die ruhigen Abende auf der Terrasse mit der kleinen Palme haben wir sehr genossen. Vom 2. Stock hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist direkt hinter dem Appartement. San Teodoro und Spiaggia La Cinta sowie der nächste Supermarkt sind nur 6 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Pamela und Karim, vielen Dank! Sie waren super hilfsbereite Gastgebern, und wir würden gerne wiederkommen❤️

Graziosa casa vacanze in una posizione strategica perché appena fuori San Teodoro e a pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più famose della zona, ma il fiore all'occhiello è la tranquillità che la circonda, un agglomerato di case immerse nel silenzio. Lo spazio esterno poi permette di mangiare fuori e rilassarsi sotto il porticato. I proprietari super disponibili e accoglienti. Consigliato.

Ein ganz herzlichen Dank an Andrea! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in deinem idyllischen Landhaus. Das Haus ist für einen entspannten Urlaub zu Zweit perfekt geeignet. Es wurde besonderen Wert auf die Ausstattung und Dekoration gelegt sodass dank Waschmaschine, Willkommensgruß und schöner Außenanlage keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Kleiner Hinweis, ein Auto ist aufgrund der Lage absolut notwendig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
