We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment! The location is perfect—right in the heart of De Pijp, surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants, and a lively street market. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the underground, which made getting around super easy. The apartment is stunning—spacious yet cozy, with a comfy couch and fireplace that made it a great place to unwind after exploring the city. We also loved the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom and bathroom—it added such a fun, unique touch. But the best part? The hosts. So kind, responsive, and welcoming. They made everything easy and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had such a gorgeous night out of the city in Joyce’s tiny house. The location is gorgeous with nature all around, perfect for long walks to explore the area. We got the train to Almere and then cycled from there which was a lovely half hour cycle along the river. The house itself is perfect, everything was clean and well thought-out, making the stay easy and comfortable with everything you could need! One of the highlights is of course the private sauna and hot tub which feels like such a treat!   Joyce was a perfect host, she and her son live on the property and make sure to give you privacy, but are of course on hand for anything you need.    Would definitely recommend for an escape from the city.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in dem wunderschönen, ruhig gelegenen Haus und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, super sauber und toll ausgestattet. Der wunderschöne Garten, lädt mit allem, was er bietet, zum Entspannen ein. Auch die Kommunikation bei Fragen/Anliegen lief unkompliziert und schnell. Kirsten war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. BEAUTIFUL home; the pictures do no justice. There was eclectic art everywhere and chic little surprises throughout. Incredible garden and outdoor patio. It felt like worlds away from Amsterdam but was only a 25-35 minute drive, and gave a great peek at the countryside. As is common for old homes, a few things did not work but if you are easygoing then it shouldn’t be a problem :) Super communicative host! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Super séjour chez Xander ! Appartement très cosy, on s’y sent très bien et la localisation est parfaite ! Nous avons adoré le quartier ! Les équipements sont très confortable et Xander nous a même proposé de garder nos valises le dernier jour afin de pouvoir profiter des dernières heures plus librement ! This was just the perfect house for us! Big enough for our family of 4, extremely clean and full of comfortable details. Big garden that just feels like part of the woods. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Hans & Marian. L emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la région des champs de fleurs et profiter de la plage. Tout est accessible à vélo, la plage 10min et le parc du keukenhof 15min. Nous avions deux enfants en bas âge (3 et 6ans) qui ont adorés les aires de jeux du parc de vacances et les jeux pour les enfants présents dans la maison. La communication avec Hans & Marian était très sympathique et très fluide. Encore merci pour ce très bon séjour 😊

The place was just like the photos, lovely and clean and nice extras like paddle boards for on the lake and a hot tub to relax in at the end of a day sightseeing. Great comfy furniture which was nice. Super quiet surroundings and a lovely sunset if you get back early enough. Used as a base for the tulip fields and Amsterdam. Would return again without question if a holiday took us back in this direction.

The first thing I have to say is Sophie and Pieter are clearly lovely people. We were late because of traffic but Sophie waited for us and gave a warm and very helpful welcome. Secondly, the apartment is a real home from home. The kitchen has all the equipment you need if you want to dine at home. Throughout the apartment everything was clean and functional as well as being well designed and attractive. Thirdly, the location is excellent. The tram runs regularly on the Overtoom and gets you right into the centre in 20 easy minutes. On the other side is the Vondelpark, which is a slice of real Amsterdam that many people would miss, which is a shame as it’s fantastic. The bar run by the brewery was a real find for us. Around you are a number of excellent places to eat and drink on both sides of the park and into the centre. Finally I am going to return to Sophie and Pieter - honestly you could not get better hosts. Thank you very much - we intend to return.

Wir wollten ein paar Tage dem Alltagstrott entfliehen. Das ist uns bei Florus und seiner Familie besonders gut gelungen. Super nett und herzlich war die Begrüßung. Unfassbar ruhiger Ort. Am Abend ein wunderschöner Sternenhimmel. Viele Möglichkeiten in der Natur spazieren zu gehen. Nebenan befindet sich ein Bio Supermarkt und ein Bio Bäcker. Almere sollte auf jeden Fall mit dem Fahrrad erkundet werden. Hierzu befinden sich im Zentrum mehrere Möglichkeiten um sich Fahrräder auszuleihen. Zusammengefasst war der Aufenthalt in Florus Cosy Cabin sehr wertvoll für unsere kleine Familie. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Der Empfang bei der Anreise war sehr nett und unkompliziert - auf uns hat sogar ein kleines Willkommenspaket gewartet. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und aussergewöhnlich sauber! Die Einrichtung der Wohnung mit samt Kamin sorgt für eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Umgebung ist wirklich ruhig und läd zum entspannen ein. Und wenn man Glück hatte, haben die Hühner einen morgens vor der Terasse begrüsst :-) Wir waren wirklich begeistert von dem Cottage und kommen gerne wieder.

A very spectacular space; artistic, authentic, designed, spacious. Thus going up is quite unusual but you can’t blame no one other than “time” when stairs were installed to move between levels. A good hint to be informed. At night; make sure you celebrate the modern parking scene; it’s another piece of art that you can gaze in, on, & within. Hospitality is aligned. Thanks Pim

We had a lovely stay at Tijmen's spacious home which is ideally located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, yet still just a short walk to the museum campus, Vondelpark and several other sites. Tijmen was a wonderful host who provided very clear instructions and guidance on restaurants and sites in the area. The flat was clean and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed relaxing with wine and snacks in the sun on the rooftop deck. Like most flats in Amsterdam, you need to climb stairs to get to the flat (and the deck), but it is well worth it!

This houseboat is one of two, sitting together, at the end of a quiet street, an 8 minute walk from Waterlooplein station, a 16 minute walk to Amsterdam Centraal. The home is a real boat, permanently moored; read the description well. If you have mobility issues, you may want to consider another place. Entry is up metal steps and onto a metal ramp, then onto the edge of the boat. There are steps down into the boat. Patio area is on top of the boat, access by ladder. The boat has a lot of natural lighting from large windows. Street view is of an area of greenery and statues ; canal side view is mostly the other boat with a view of sky and area buildings. The kitchen has a hob, no oven, a dishwasher, refrig and microwave. Kitchen and living room are spacious. There are 3 steps up into the boat's front containing the bedroom with low ceiling and a modern bath. Since is it a boat, there is a "Head". The charming patio is on the top w/table, grill, & greenery. No railings, so be careful.

We hebben een paar hele fijne dagen gehad in het vakantiehuis van Roos en gezin. Het huis is heel sfeervol ingericht, goed uitgerust en ruim genoeg voor ons als gezin van 2 volwassenen en 3 kids (17, 15 en 12). Je loopt zo het bos in en er zijn ook gezellige restaurants op loopafstand. De knusse openhaard was een extra bonus en de hertjes die zo even in de tuin langskomen. Aanrader!

Wir haben uns hier eine paar Tage Auszeit gegönnt, das Anwesen hat viel Privatsphäre um die Tage in Ruhe zu genießen. Das Haus liegt im bewaldeten Gebiet zwischen Bergen und Bergen aan Zee. Bergen ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen und bietet viele Möglichkeiten um zu Bummeln und Essen zu gehen. Man kann von hier aus, Radtouren durch die Dünen ans Meer unternehmen, Verleih ist von hier aus kein Problem. Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet, hell und lichtdurchflutet. Wir wurden nett persönlich empfangen, im Haus hat man alles was man benötigt. Wir kamen sogar in den Genuss die Eier von den hauseigenen Hühnern zu probieren. Da wir öfters in der Umgebung sind, werden wir dieses gemütliche Cottage gerne wieder nutzen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

It's a nice small apartment for 2+2 person. The beach takes about 5-10min with the free bike, what was provided by the host/condominium. It was easy to park as Lisette told us, she registered our car not to pay any parking fee. We just stayed one night in April, so it was still calm the neighborhood, the whole town. The communication with Lisette was easy!

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie für eine Woche über Ostern in diesem klein, aber feinem Apartment. Es ist sehr hübsch und funktional eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Ausblick in beide Richtungen aus dem Apartment ist einfach herrlich und die Nähe zum Strand wunderbar. Es kann sogar ein gemeinschaftliches Schwimmbad und eine Sauna genutzt werden, vollkommen problemlos. Julie ist eine sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin, die jederzeit zu erreichen war. (vielen Dank für deine Unterstützung, Julie!). Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten von Minute eins an entspannen.

Zuerst haben uns Nanda und ihr Mann sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns dann die Unterkunft vorgestellt: eine sehr gepflegte und nett möblierte Wohnung, großzügiger Wohn- und Schlafraum, die zuerst eng wirkende Kombination von Küche und Bad war vollkommen ausreichend und es hat nichts gefehlt, sogar die beiden Balkone mit Morgen- und Abendsonne konnten wir trotz Anfang April genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeber!

We spent 10 long days in Zaandam while preparing and working in a fair. Margot has been absolutely great in taking care of us, and it's the space was good although smaller than expected (and quite cold even with heating..). Note: you are in Zaandam, not Amsterdam.. but it's a lovely area and very well connected with trains which gets you everywhere but will take around half an hour to get to Amsterdam Central. Quite honestly Zaandam was such a cute town! very pleasant and with everything you need. In case you don't have to go to Amsterdam, you got everything there.. If I'd have to give a feedback, I would personally need a stove in an apartment, even if small (2 stoves are enough) people have to be able to cook for themselves if needed. I missed an home cooked meal! All considered, good stay and great hosts you will be in good hands.

We had a lovely family holiday for 3 nights. The property has been beautifully done up and was extremely well resourced with all catering equipment. There were lots of different areas to relax in and we particularly enjoyed all the outdoor seating areas as we were lucky to mostly have good weather. The tennis court is great (though could be difficult to retrieve balls that went over the walls/hedges). Murielle gave us some helpful tips for local places to explore.

Nous avons séjourné chez Boon en famille (2 adultes et 3 adolescents) pour visiter le Parc de Keukenhof et Amsterdam. Le Logement est mignon, dans un petit havre de paix, loin du bruit et de la foule.... C était parfait pour nos 3 jours aux Pays-Bas ! Boon a été réactif lors de nos demandes et aimable dans nos échanges. Nous recommandons cet hote.

Wir haben uns während dem Aufenthalt in Amsterdam sehr wohl gefühlt, da man nicht direkt mitten in der Stadt und sich perfekt zurückziehen konnte. Der Ort bietet alles was man braucht und die Unterkunft war der Hammer! Eigene Saune & Whirlpool waren an den kühlen Oktober Abenden perfekt. Zimmeraufteilung top und besonderer Stimmung durch die hohen Decken! Alles in einem 10/10

We had an enjoyable stay in Dinand's beautiful home. It was even nicer than we expected from the photographs. A great place to stay for a group and very friendly responsive host. The sauna was very welcomed after we ran the Amsterdam Marathon. Haarlem is beautiful and very easy to access the beach by bike, lots of restaurants etc near by.
