The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

With a little luck, Pionella and Seppi, the two Haflingers, will graze right outside the window. Lake Simssee with a public lawn and jetty is about 400 m away. In the garage under the apartment is the washing machine as well as space for bikes, skis... E-bikes can be loaded.

We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network.
