Unsere moderne Zweitwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Aachen in direkter Nähe zum Rathaus. In 2 Gehminuten erreicht man das Aachener Studentenviertel mit vielen günstigen Restaurants, Bars und einem Supermarkt. Bei einer Mietdauer von mehr als 90 Tagen unterbreiten wir gerne ein individuelles Angebot. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, 44 qm groß und befindet sich zur alleinigen Nutzung in der 3. Etage. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 1,80x2,00m Boxspringbett und das Bad ist frisch renoviert.

Die dörfliche Umgebung bietet einerseits Ruhe und eignet sich andererseits hervorragend für einen aktiven Urlaub (Wandern, Radfahren). Die Stadtmitte mit dem Weltkulturerbe Aachener Dom ist 8 km entfernt. In wenigen Minuten gelangt man in die Nachbarländer Niederlande und Belgien und genießt dortige lokale Spezialitäten und das unterschiedliche Flair der Ortschaften.

Ons tweepersoons appartement ligt op loopafstand van het stadscentrum, gevangen tussen het groen van de Sint Pietersberg en het water van de Maas. Het appartement is geschikt voor iedereen die op zoek is naar comfortabele ruimte om de stad te verkennen en/of de natuur op te zoeken.

In one of the most beautiful and oldest streets of Maastricht you’ll find this lovely loft with a wintergarden (Serre) and a outside garden in the middle of the city center. Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.
