Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Tiny House Rursee Nature & Living Experience

Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Unser Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Eifelsteig, rund um den Rursee und im Nationalpark. Vom eigenen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rur. Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

The apartment is located in a modernized half-timbered farmhouse from 1890 and is located in the picturesque Nordeifel. The Rurtalsperre, the Vennbahn bike path and the Eifel National Park Nature Reserve are only a few kilometers away. Due to its location in the border triangle, both the Netherlands and Belgium are quickly accessible. The city of Aachen with its sights is about 30 min (car) away. All shopping facilities can be easily reached in 5 minutes (car).

Vacation in beautiful Monschau-Rohren

Very quietly located apartment in a small but fine place. There is a small grocery store 250 meters away. 50 meters away is an MTB bike rental. Bicycles are of course available with and without support. The entrance to the Eifelsteig and Ruruferradweg are very close. Likewise, in the center of the village is a large playground built in 2019. In the village, there is a new very good restaurant. "Matthias im Gasthaus" It's worth a visit.

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Relax and discover in the heart of the Eifel National Park. Hiking on the Eifelsteig or on Lake Rursee, Vogelsang, Rurse shipping, e-bike rent, visit museums and historic cities such as Monschau. After a short walk to get a few rolls at the kiosk by the lake, we always think about the next tour with a fresh coffee. In the evening, good restaurants within walking distance offer a great end to the day.

Your private vacation rental is located behind charming half-timbered front on ground floor. The apartment in the center of Simmerath was completely renovated and lovingly newly furnished in 2017. With 63 sqm it can accommodate 2 - 4 people in two bedrooms. On request, two more people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. A parking space for car and motorcycle is available on the farm.

The apartment type Sylt is a lovingly furnished apartment in the Eifel National Park directly on the Rursee. Due to the south-facing location, you can enjoy an indescribable view over the Rursee.
