Ashley was a wonderful host, very helpful and good communication! The house was great had everything you needed and the open plan lives so well! Only downside there was only AC in the main bedroom but all rooms had fans. We loved our stay!

Our stay was next level. From check-in to check-out, everything was on point. This is a real gem. Corrine's communication was so good; she went the extra mile to make our stay even more special. Can't find fault with anything. We will be back!

Catherine’s place was great! There was everything you could think of for a great stay, toys for kids, pool toys, cutlery for kids. It was a short drive from the restaurant and the beach.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at Kristin’s gorgeous home. It was immaculate. The amenities kept the kids entertained the entire stay. Kristin was always accessible to us to provide guidance and support. The pictures do not do this place justice, an absolute dream. Thanks Kristin, we’ll be back!

Rene was a suburb host, checked in to make sure we got there save and if we needed anything. Her home is beautifully decorated and clean, we felt right at home. It is walking distance to the beach. We had a fantastic time, if you dont want a beach day, the inviting pool is a great pleace to relax.

A beautiful and spotlessly clean home with all the comforts to make our stay a magical experience. The undercover patio is weatherproof and was our favorite place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature and the lush natural foliage. The monkey troop that passed through daily were curious and not a nuisance at all - we loved watching them for the few minutes that they visited us every day. The home is furnished with an array of interesting and personal items that were fascinating and intriguing. And so many wonderful books to suit all tastes! We were blown away by the dog bed and water bowl that awaited our two small dogs - such a lovely touch! Easy access to the garden for our house-trained dogs. Absolutely no security concerns at all. The estate is a wonderland of walking trails, dams, indigenous natural bush and wildlife. We will definitely be back - 8 nights was just too short! James was very helpful and accommodating during our stay, providing suggestions for places of interest to visit and explore in and around Ballito to create a memorable experience. In terms of the property, it was perfect and provided us with everything that was needed during our stay, a lot of space and room for our family. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan's home. The house is gorgeous, very spacious and wonderfully designed. We have stayed at many AirBnbs and thought this home was of the highest quality. Ryan and his wife spent a lot of time and energy designing and furnishing the home. There are high-quality finishes throughout and very well-catered homeware. The home has a beautiful pool which we used daily and the estate is peaceful. While not at the beach, getting to the shops and nearby beaches was fairly easy. Ryan was very responsive and helpful when we had a few glitches. Overall a brilliant place to stay for a large family or friends holiday.

Chregan’s place was absolutely stunning. It was beautifully decorated with lovely finishes and good quality bedding, towels, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc… We loved staying there as a family- the aircon was a huge plus as it was so hot during that week. Simbithi estate was beautiful, and we enjoyed long walks and bicycle rides around the estate. Would definitely stay there again!

It’s an extraordinary place, and staying at Wendy’s stunning home will make your experience even more special. Having visited Simbithi multiple times, I can confidently recommend this property. Wendy’s home is just as beautiful as it appears in the photos—secluded enough to feel private, yet conveniently located near everything you might need. A truly wonderful stay—highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful week at Clare's property in Ballito. The home was stunning, impeccably clean, and perfectly situated. The home was away from the hustle and bustle of Central Ballito, but still only a 5 min drive to the beach. From the serene surroundings to the thoughtful touches throughout, every detail was taken care of. It provided the ideal setting for a quiet, peaceful getaway, and we left feeling completely refreshed. Clare was an excellent host, ensuring our stay was seamless. We can’t recommend this property enough and will certainly be back!

This is an amazing property, in a safe and secure residential estate. Everything about the property was the same as the pictures suggested. Kim and Phil are amazing hosts and were always available for any questions or suggestions. One point to highlight is that this property is based in a large eco estate. The estate has multiple communal swimming pools, children’s play gyms , bbq areas, restaurants and dams. We will definitely be back.
