Perfectly situated in the highly sought after Simbithi Eco Estate, this beautifully decorated 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment possesses a spectacular 180 degree sea view. Put your feet up, relax and completely unwind as you take in the breathtaking scenery from this penthouse. We provide a Nespresso machine, we do ask you to bring your own pods. This apartment is lightly serviced (3 hours) daily except Saturday, Sundays and public holidays, has free wifi, DSTV and air conditioning in all bedrooms including the main lounge.

A lovely thatched two bedroom cottage in a tranquil one and a half acre garden in Salt Rock. Beautifully furnished with a modern fully equipped kitchen. SMEG oven, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Walk out the sitting room onto a lovely patio which is situated on the steps of a large pool. Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

We had a great time at Bronwyn's place. Sitting on the deck, whether it was staring at a thunderstorm over the ocean or having a big family meal was a real treat. The house had lots of private spaces and was easy to move around in.

Great open plan & spacious home! The master bedroom particularly stands out! The estate is great with a variety of places to eat and explore. Appreciated the facilities as we had a toddler so this made life a lot easier.

We had an amazing stay at this gem on the Dolphin Coast! The apartment is beautiful and perfectly located—just steps from the beach and tidal pool. Loved the place, the pictures don't do it justice. Communication 10/10. Safe neighborhood. The only problem was the guests booked next to our apartment- very loud and inconsiderate.

I HIGHLY recommend this venue. It is perfect for a small family trip. The unit is spacious, fully equipped, and even has a washer/dryer. It is just steps from the beach/boardwalk, and the host provides helpful items like beach towels and beach chairs. Just note that it’s on the top floor of the building, so pack accordingly since you’ll need to carry your bags. Loren is an excellent host, fully responsive, and so very helpful. There are multiple beachside restaurants less than a 5 minute walk from the building, and lots of rock pools and safe swimming areas along the beach. If you are looking to stay in Ballito, this is the place.
