Monthly Rentals in Silverton

Leidy was a great host and accommodated my every need and request.... the space is clean, quiet, cozy and warm...was the off season and was very quiet but this was the best location to catch an awesome sun rise and sun set. I am looking forward to renting here again...

We really enjoyed our two week stay at Julie's place. There was a great view of Kettle Creek. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking and relaxing on the spacious paver patio in the back yard as well as on the dock. The house itself was very comfortable with an open floor plan and the screened in porch was very relaxing. We hope to be able return next year.

Great place, enjoyed my stay, very close to the beach. Pleased and would stay again. Two cons, the beds are a little uncomfortable but do able. Also the cleaning fee is a little high when there isn’t much they have to clean specially since there was no towels or linen.

I spent a month there and had a great time. The studio had everything I needed and I loved how close it was to the beach and boardwalk. Even though it didn't come with parking I never had a problem finding parking on the street. I would definitely stay there again.
