What a lovely gem of a place! We had a great time; it was a good location for Warwick Castle and Stratford Upon Avon. The little touches made all the difference - we particularly loved the little sheep! ;) Steve was an accommodating host who communicated with us throughout - thanks for everything! Julian and Penelope were incredibly warm, hospitable and welcoming as hosts. Despite the difficulties I faced getting over to the Cotswolds (No fault of theirs I must add), they were always accommodating, responsive and understanding of my situation. To top things off, Penelope cooked me a wonderful cooked breakfast first thing in the morning before I headed back to London. I really cannot recommend them enough.

Mara is a wonderful host she has a lovely house I found the whole experience really good, very clean comfy bed, a nice room & Mara is extremely helpful & nice five stars from me.

This flat was very comfortable for our party of three. The kitchen was well appointed and fully functional. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The location was very convenient to portabello road and it’s many shops and eateries and convenient to bus and tube lines. Check in and out were easy.

What a great place to stay! Had everything you could need and the location was perfect. Walking distance to Marlow and excellent links to M4/40. All in all it was a pleasure to stay here. Sarah was extremely efficient and helpful which made it even more perfect! Thank you Sarah for everything

We loved our stay. James was wonderful, helped us find a pub still serving food when we arrived late from the airport. Much appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Easy walk into Henley. Would definitely stay again.

I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Francesca has a lovely spot, very well located, clean and spacious. She was a very welcoming host and left thoughtful gifts - all in all I had a fantastic stay here. I’d highly recommend this option and hope to return one day :)

This is a real gem! Shane has created the most comfortable and well equipped place one could imagine, all so comfortable, spotless and so well thought out and with some many lovely touches when one arrives in the flat (bread, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee). Our family (2 adults with 3 teenagers) stayed at Jen & Matt’s place for 6 nights in March 2025. It was perfect for us. Lots of space and all the amenities we needed. We were on an early arriving flight and they allowed us early access to the flat, which was a lifesaver for that first day. The flat is in a lovely family-oriented neighbourhood with the beautiful Queen’s Park nearby. It is totally outside of the hustle and bustle of London, but right on the Bakerloo Line which allows super easy access to all the sights. It is also on the Lionness line which takes you directly to Watford Junction where you catch the shuttle to Warner Bros Studios to visit the Harry Potter sets. It couldn’t be better situated in my opinion. Jen & Matt provided milk, eggs, butter, jam, crumpets, tea and coffee to get us started, which was a really nice touch. There is a Tesco Express nearby, so it was easy to buy groceries. I did a load of laundry and everything worked fine. Highly recommend!

Rebecca's place is the perfect spot for a cosy weekend away. The flat is stylish and comfortable, perfectly located in the town centre with a lovely view of the church. Rebecca was very responsive and went the extra mile with small touches - thanks for a wonderful stay!

A stay with Deborah is highly recommended, everything was spot on, we appreciated a place to park even beyond our check out time. Deborah is friendly interesting and welcoming, we'd definitely visit again if we're on the area and it isn't booked out. Thank you.

Fiona was a stellar host. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and quiet, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. We very much enjoyed chatting to Fiona over breakfast and appreciated any advice given on how to get around the city. An amazing experience which we would be happy to repeat when going back to London. Many thanks!

Stayed at Fiona’s beautiful home to attend a local wedding. It was a perfect place for our short visit to the wonderful Cotswolds. Fiona is a great host and made us very welcome. She provided us with a lovely breakfast which set us up for the day. Wouldn’t hesitate to return should the opportunity arise.

Easy to find in a beautiful location. Very cosy room perfect for our family of 3. Joan & her Husband were so friendly and they cooked us the most amazing breakfast. Thank you for being lovely hosts, we will hopefully be back 😊

Excellent Stay, Delicious continental breakfast, Adjusted to our late arrival/ checkin request very quickly. Both were great and your suggestions for parking in Cambridge was really worth for us and saved lot of time.

Really nice family and just what i needed for the night, so i didn't have to get up at a ridiculous time for a training course the next day. Thanks for a good nights stay.
