Refuge das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the terrain enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

Casa da Nêspera was born to be another charming and comfortable corner for those who appreciate nature, exclusivity and quiet. With a beautiful view, it has Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Sky. It has a Finnish sauna with glass, and a view of the mountains. Possibility of many hikes to waterfalls and views, a mandatory stop is the river, on the property. Our chalet is an option for those who want more comfort and privacy, featuring a complete kitchen structure, private bathroom, double bed + extra bed (check the possibility of adaptation) for children up to 8 years old, as well as a deck with a sunset view. In addition, we use bioconstruction processes, such as the Moroccan "Tadelakt" technique in the waterproof coating of the bathroom, and the Evapotranspiration Basin: sustainable sewage treatment.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
