Amazing stay at Ulrich’s cabin! Spacious and clean with an incredible view. The cabin stayed really well heated and cosy. The hot tub was a lovely addition and was hot throughout the duration of our stay + ample towels. We were lucky enough to see the northern lights from the cabin, it’s far enough away from the city and light pollution so just hope for a clear night! Really good location to access Reykjavík and also join routes like the golden circle whilst still secluded and peaceful. We stayed in March with lots of snow so might be easier to get up road and sloping drive with 4x4. Thank you very much to our lovely hosts!

We had a fantastic stay at the studio. From the start, Johnny and family were very proactive and helpful. Check in was easy. The place is very clean and comfortable, with an ample-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the heated floors! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had a great stay here. It was an hour away from the airport, and easy to get into reykjavik (25 min) as well as all the touristy spots. Groceries and gas were nearby but it was perfectly secluded and very quiet. Bed & couch were quite comfy and we had everything we needed. I LOVED the hot tub and was in it every night. If I were to do another trip to Iceland I would book here again without hesitation. Ingibjörg was a great host, and my son loved the easter candy she had ready for him.

Amazing stay, has all the basic amenities you need! Very responsive hosts that were extremely kind enough to invite my mom and I in following our red eye flight to nap well before check in time. Very grateful for this trip & stay!
