The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

This is a wonderful apartment. There is a river in front of the terrace. You have everything you need - from a well equipped kitchen to a barbeque. We loved the location, it is very close to hiking trails. Sufers is quite small, but you have a little shop and a dairy farm. Thanks for this wonderful stay!

Thank you Ursula for this amazing stay in your chalet. An authentic and peaceful experience in the nature surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, flower fields, and the forest. The historical house is super clean, decorated with care and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Ursula even baked a bread and a Zopf for us, both delicious 😍 we could also order food from their farm, like cheese, eggs and meat. It was difficult to leave this quiet heaven. The house is beautiful and next to a farmhouse so convenient in case you don't want to cook. It is not in the town center but we like it that way, the house is halfway between the town and the ski lifts with a beautiful view and convenient for everything, relaxation and peace. The house has everything you need.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

The cottage is really so hidden in the countryside behind a huge fir, walnut and much more, that we could absolutely enjoy being alone. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit moody, but even that was perfect, so we could once again sleep very well and for a long time... until the morning birdsong. Simply wonderful - PURE NATURE! We had a truly unforgettable stay in a private and charming setting. We really appreciated the presence of the barbecue and sauna, which made the relaxation even more enjoyable. In addition, the accommodation was in impeccable condition: clean and cared for in every detail.

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great location, breath-taking views. Only problem was the pool was broken and sauna not accessible which is the main reason we booked the place. Other than that, a great stay with a nice sleep.

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

The accommodation is simply unique! The view with the pool is really gigantic! The place was a dream, we will be back! Everything was as described and in the photos. A super large and modern bathroom.

The apartment is very nice, modern and practical. Close to the cross-country ski trail - only 2 min. to the start of the Engadin Skimarathon.

Cozy apartment with an amazing mountain view 🏔️. Highly recommended.

We visited Marius for the second time for cross-country skiing and enjoyed it very much again. The accommodation is wonderfully located directly on the trail and on beautiful winter hiking trails. The equipment of the apartment left nothing to be desired, we enjoyed ourselves through the extensive private library and had the choice between raclette, cheese fondue and fondue chinoise thanks to the well-equipped kitchen. Marius has always proactively communicated and gave clear instructions. Unfortunately, the egg cup we unfortunately crammed was simply accepted with a "that can happen." - thank you again for that. 😊 I'd love to stay again!

Great location. Great floor plan, stylish furnishings and extensive amenities. Quietly located with nice views. Very friendly, courteous communication. Easy access, check-in and check-out. It was very sweet that a mat, blanket, bowls and goodies were ready for our dog. Glad to come back!
