You have entrance from the garden side, private living room with a small French country kitchen, private bathroom and toilet as well as a bedroom with a good 140 cm wide bed. You are very welcome to use the garden, where there is the possibility of both entertainment and relaxation. There are several cozy corners with garden furniture that you are very welcome to use, just as there is a fireplace and barbecue. If you come in an electric car, you can charge it with us.

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1st floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" cosiness with a large screen, a game of foosball or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Der kan fiskes, bades og sejles på søen lige uden for døren. Der kan vandres i skoven (Himmelbjerget er nabo) og på Danmarks Tag er mountainbike ruterne mange.

Find hyggen og roen frem, når du bor i denne rare, nyistandsatte bolig. Gode tilkørselsforhold via vej 453/461. Naturen er lige i baghaven, da huset har grund direkte til Gudenåen. For jer, der nyder at fiske, vandre, cykle eller ro i kano/kajak men ønsker en rigtig seng og et varmt brusebad efter en aktiv dag. Sid evt. ved bålet og slå jeres telt op ved åen. Lejligheden ligger på 1. sal og er nænsomt og flot renoveret i foråret 2023. Sengetøj, håndklæder, viskestykker m.m. inkluderet i prisen.

Skøn bolig (år 2020) på helt unik beliggenhed. Ligger helt ned til vandet med egen sand strand og hvor man kan bade året rundt. Boligen indeholder sauna med vindue til vandet, hvor fra man for alvor kan nyde synet af det rolige vand samtidig med at man kobler helt fra. Til huset er der også 3 kanoer / kajakker og tilhørende redningsveste, så man kan nyde en af Danmarks største søer, som også hænger sammen med Gudenåen. Der kan også fiskes direkte fra huset hvor søen er rig på fisk.
