Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Siljan

We stayed Jasenkos place at Oxberg during Vasaloppet 2025. Cabin, place and atmosphere were perfect for our trip. Thank you! These could be great area and house during summer holiday.

We spent a few nice days at Philip's place in Siljansnäs and would come back to this beautiful place at any time. The cottage is spacious and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need and it's wonderful to have breakfast on the porch. In the area you can hike, fish and eat deliciously in Leksand or Mora. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice and relaxing week at Siljan. The children felt right at home and enjoyed the many toys and especially the Lego:) The decor is exceptionally cozy and stylish. We immediately felt very at home. The location of the house overlooking the lake is just great, whether in the morning or evening. Many beautiful excursion destinations were easily accessible by car. We were even bathing despite the cold and had a lot of fun and rest. Thanks for the great time. Alexander and Christina with family

Steffie and Veit have realized a very nice authentic apartment in a fantastic location. All necessities are available and willing to help directly with questions. Beds/mattresses are comfy and the nice kitchen is complete.

Stayed 2 nights here in connection with a floorball cup and for that purpose, the accommodation was perfect! Walking distance to Lugnet and the city center. Clear instructions for check-in and check-out and very flexible. There's nothing negative to say at all, just good!

Staying at Vincent’s house was lovely, he made us feel extremely welcome and helped with local advice and suggestions. Vincent’s place was perfect, in a quiet beautiful area on the lakeside. Not much to do in Grytnäs but an easy bus to catch into central Leksand. Vincent went above and beyond to always help and was great communication for a host. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about booking

Very nice accommodation, we were very happy. We highly recommend renting from Thomas. Everything was fresh, big and nice. We always got quick help from Thomas if we had any questions. We had gone up to ski and thought it worked smoothly to get to Orsa Grönklitt, it took about 30 minutes with the car. Close to shopping both in Orsa and in Mora. We had an electric car and it worked very smoothly with the charging but note that the charge changed its name to Waybler. Through that app, it's easy to find the house's charging stations.

We were looking for a place close to the buses to the start in Sälen and Oxberg and found this nice accommodation a 5-minute walk to the destination in Mora. Large and spacious apartment with all amenities, we were missing nothing. Our hosts were quick to respond and very nice. Thanks for this time!

Very nice little cabin directly on the lake. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Lisen is very helpful and always available. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Electric cars can charge on site. We would book again anytime.

We stayed with family for 5 nights in Henrik's cottage in winter. The landscape is grandiose, please forget your skis or snowshoes (or rent them in Moura). The atmosphere is wild and secluded. The cottage in winter is like in a bivouac where it is necessary to pick up water from the well and light up with candlelight. We were very happy with this experience. Nice and fresh cabin. Quiet area with lake views. When Mora then our trip included Vasaloppet. The only negative were well the beds in the loft, they should be put together to a double bed or a double bed in the room downstairs. Now it got a little messy but in the end very cozy. The child loved the cottage and wanted we would stay there until the summer 😄

We were allowed to spend two wonderful weeks in Daniel's vacation home and were simply thrilled all around. The house is perfect and very modernly furnished and offers everything you need to take care of yourself. The house instructions are very detailed and leave no questions unanswered, Daniel even gives the guest some very helpful recommendations for exploring the area. We enjoyed the quiet location in the middle of the forest and the beautiful lake right next door very much and spent many hours by the campfire - we were even able to admire the northern lights. We can really recommend this place wholeheartedly and will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay at Anna’s charming house in the beautiful, peaceful surroundings just a few minutes from Rättvik’s centrum by car. She is a warm-hearted host who cares for the well-being of her guests. The house was fully equipped and still had a special atmosphere of old, historical Dalecarlian cottage. Where to begin! Helena’s and Robert’s place is a true gem, one of the next airbnbs we have stayed at. The location is incredible, just on the lake with easy access to water. My daughter was collecting raspberries, red current and apples jn the garden. The house is gorgeous with the stunning view from the living room. The photos don’t give it justice. And last, but not least, Helena and Robert are such wonderful hosts! They were always generous with their time to share any tips or recommendations. If we are ever back to this area, we would be so lucky to stay here again!

We are super happy with Simesstugan! We had two days of skiing in Romme and we are so happy to have found this gem. So cozy and very nice and helpful host.
