Newly built house/cottage with a private jetty for rent at Lake Vällan in Falun. In the summer you can enjoy swimming and sun. It has a rowboat and SUPs that allow for trips out to Vällan. During winter there are opportunities for both long-distance skates and cross-country skis as the track and tracks are prepared if weather and underlay allow. The house is about 50m2 and accommodates small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, full bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage.

Relax with family in this peaceful place to stay. In the ground floor there is a kitchen, oven, microwave, fridge,coffee maker and dining area for 4 people. Nice sofa bed for 2 people and a fireplace. The house is equipped with sauna,toilet,shower,washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi. Air heater pump that regulates the temperature in the house, and floor heating. The residence is 50 metres from low-traffic road. You have 1.5 km to restaurants in Tällberg, and 500 meters to Siljan. There are nice walking paths in the forest, along Siljan.

The property consists of a house , large cottage with four beds ,Storastuga has all the amenities, swings, lawns for playing and an outdoor barbecue area. Quiet location 400m to the lake , you can swim and fish with a cozy afternoon sun. Bicycles and boat are available to borrow. In case of snow access ski tracks outside the house, fiber, cromcast are available, Gesundaberget with great views, cycling and downhill Linens and towels for RENT SEK 200/person and departure cleaning SEK 750 for the large cabin . Here you can both enjoy stunning views on the lakeside terrace and activate yourself in the fully equipped gym that is also available on this valley farm. From Lundgården you reach many of Dalarna's main tourist destinations within an hour, such as Carl Larsson farm, Zorngården, Tomteland, Leksand summerland and Dalhalla. We want to draw your attention to the fact that sounds from the nearby gym may occur in one of the bedrooms. Free gym for you as a tenant. With us you can start the day with a swim in Siljan!

Cabin in Siljansnäs

Newly renovated stable at Lisspersgården, Björkberget in Siljansnäs. Here you will find a little cabin with well planned content. A spacious hallway and bathroom with a shower. A well-equipped kitchen with seating for at least 4 people. Upstairs there is a living room with 2 105 cm beds and a small bedroom with two place-built 120 cm beds (extra long). Patio with outdoor furniture and bbq. Parking right next to the cabin. Pet-free! Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented if required.

Our house sits with a magical view of Siljan and Rättvik. The apartment that we rent out is located in NB in two level houses and is completely newly renovated , spring 2023. The apartment is about 60m2 and divided into full equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with large sofa bed Sweef Björnen Divan , bedroom with double bed and tiled bathroom/wc with shower. You have access to your own patio with outdoor furniture , barbecue and large lawn that attracts play and socializing.

A warm welcome to Västanvik, about 5 km outside Leksand. The house is newly built in 2023. With a 5 minute walk down to lake Siljan where there are lovely beaches and swimming. And in winter time you can ski and ski on the Silja. Bicycle/pedestrian access to Leksand. Hiking trails, downhill skiing in Granberget, excursion destinations and sights such as nature in Siljansnäs, gym/bathhouse and padel hall can be found in central Leksand 10 min by car. Iconic 19th century Dalarna farmstead, quietly situated near Lake Siljan. A comfortable combination of modern facilities with many original details, including fully functional tiled stoves. We recommend minimum three nights - there is much to see and experience, for all ages, in the area.
