I highly recommend staying at Ugur’s place. From the time we booked, till the end of the stay Ugur was super responsive and helpful. The views are just drop dead gorgeous (floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Bosphorus). The neighborhood feels like you are living and staying like a local and has modern furnishings. Wifi is excellent. You have to be ready to handle stairs but if in reasonably good shape, they are not a problem. Just avoid if uneven stairs are an issue but Istanbul is hilly and any local neighborhood would mean stairs. The best thing is Ugur’s responsiveness: we needed coffee pods, a tap fixed, airport transfer: all was organized in a minute… and shout out to Mohamed who so kindly helped with luggage and many things!

the host is extremely fast & kind with responding & sends you detailed instructions on how to get inside which was really helpful! the last thing you want after a long and chaotic flight is struggle with getting in; so the instructions took all that stress away. they also arranged me transport to/from the airport which was extremely helpful. the apartment itself is lovely and full of charm. i loved the high ceilings and huge windows that let so much light in. the bottom bedroom is huge &so comfy. i also loved the balcony upstairs for listening to the call of prayer. the location is great. it feels very calm & quiet compared to some of the more hectic streets but you’re so close to historical mosques, markets and SO many amazing food choices. i had a few bad luck situations - a example being my flight in got cancelled due to bad weather in montenegro so i lost a day in istanbul, & the host went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was great even though it wasn’t their fault.

I'm travelling in Istanbul till 15 years and it's almost the best flat I've been in, it's really cosy and quite (silent very rare in Istanbul), the bed is confortable, the place is actually bigger and better than in the pictures (most of other airbnb flats are very small). The neighbourhood is perfect because central, close from everything but much more friendly and authentic than the historical quarter. Elif is super friendly and helps in everything. The only thing that make me anxious is that it's such a good place that it won't be available next time I come :)

Honestly, I’m speechless! The apartment is amazing! • First of all, the view from the window is absolutely incredible! • The mattress was super comfortable (which was really important for us!). • The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. • Great location—close to all the main attractions. • Several shops nearby. • A quiet and cozy neighborhood. • The call to prayer from the mosque was barely audible with the windows closed, which is a big plus at 4 AM! And of course, the host was fantastic! Always available and even helped us with a taxi at the end—huge thanks for that! The only possible downside is the fourth floor with a spiral staircase. So if you have any health issues, keep that in mind. We’d love to come back again! ❤️

Our visit was short but we felt right at home. Location is great with easy to walk to places and safe.

The stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable, with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, and it’s located in a lively neighborhood. There’s a lot to see within walking distance. If you’re in good shape, you can even walk to the historic area of Sultanahmet. The ferry to Kadikoy is also nearby. Taxis are inexpensive, I recommend using Uber. It’s a pity we didn’t meet the host in person; it’s always nice to talk to a local. The apartment and its location are truly recommended!

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. Berek is a wonderful person but the property is not fit for elderly people you will have to climb stairs to get to the barrooms

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. Breathtaking views of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, access to the metro and shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))

I had a great stay! The apartment is very convenient and it has everything you need. Communication was also great. I can highly recommend staying here.
