Hello, after researching many alternatives in Sapanca, we decided on Dut Sapanca. The location of the house that attracted us to this place was that it was a stone house with a single-story and two private bathrooms, the garden and pool were large enough and very tidy. And when we went, we saw how right our choice was. First of all, we would like to thank you very much for the attention and sincerity that Irem Hn has shown during our entire stay from the first time we booked, leaving the house and into our vehicle. It was really valuable to us. The house is even more beautiful than it looks. It's in a very central place but very quiet and calm around. Quite sheltered and organized. The garden landscaping is thoughtfully arranged. The BBQ and fire pit are very well positioned. There is a very nice gazebo close to the pool and offering canopy. The pool is quite sufficient and the recirculation unit works efficiently. The interior of the house is quite spacious and beautiful. The fact that there is a shared living area and two bedrooms with a private bathroom on two sides make this house unique. We'll be back.

Everything was very nice. Everyone was also very caring. Quiet place to rest your head. The house had everything you needed. Since it is only far from the center, there are no grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We didn't have any, so it would be better if you could take everything and go as long as the day you stay. We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. Great apartment to stay in! The host is a friendly man, agreed to an earlier check-in and a slightly later check-out. The apartment is large, clean, well-maintained, with interesting decorative elements, comfortable for living. The host makes you feel well cared for. We are two female pensioners, each had a large bedroom, with a good mattress and bed. The linen was perfect! The host shared information about good restaurants and cafes located nearby. The embankment and pier were within a 10-minute walk. Ferries to the western part of Istanbul took about 15 minutes. Metro station, line to Sabina gökçen Airport was also nearby and was convenient to get to without using a bus and taxi. Also nearby were the popular Köfyeci Yusuf cafe, a billiard room, (perhaps someone is interested in this). The impression of the apartment is excellent!!! We had a great time and our trip in these 3 days. We will definitely come back here. We recommend this place to everyone!

I had such a great time staying here! I felt completely at home from the moment I arrived. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was amazing – super helpful and even went out of his way to get some supplies we needed, which was a kind gesture. The location was also perfect. It was only a minute walk from the metro and a few minutes from Nişantaşı, one of the most stylish areas of Istanbul, full of luxury shops, restaurants, and cafes. It was also close to Taksim Square and other major tourist attractions, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend this place. The wonderful host, great location, and cozy home feel made my experience truly unforgettable. I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel great location and good host!

They were very friendly and helpful. It made our first nights in Turkey wonderful If you are a very light sleeper ask for a room not on the tram line. I had no problem and the tram is a great way to get around. You can’t so your credit card at the turnstile.

What a gem of a Guesthouse Elif has created at Marmara. Whilst the location is perfect near to all the major sites the guesthouse itself is an oasis of calm where one can retreat back after a day of pounding the streets. Everyone who works there couldn't have been more helpful, warm and welcoming and very quick to rectify any problems one had. The breakfast was utterly delicious with so much choice from delicious vegetable dishes to eggs, both boiled and scrammbled, to all sorts of delicious pastries and breads. As a result one was able to enjoy a feast before setting off for the day and all with a spectacular view. The room I ended up sleeping in was also very comfortable and a lovely place to come back to with its view of the sea. I will definitely be returning but next time with my husband and son!

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!
