Super gelegen am Rande des Ortsteils Sythen, der über einen Bahnhof verfügt, von dem man das schöne Münster sowie Essen in weniger als 30 Minuten erreichen kann. Und ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Wassersport, Flugsport, Wander- und Reitausflüge, weitere Freizeitaktivitäten und Kulturunternehmungen.

On the 1st floor of our house we offer an apartment of about 28 m². Up there, a staircase must be used. In addition to TV, there are also games and books available in the living area. The kitchen includes microwave and fridge as well as kettle, coffee maker toaster . The bathroom with shower and toilet is equipped with a bathroom laundry. The outskirts of the house, apart from nearby highway connection, offers good opportunities for cycling and hiking, e.g. in the neighboring wildlife park.

The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

The Studio is renovated and furnished incl. free internet and a tiny fully equipped kitchen and a bath room. Infront your door step, just around the corner, is a "Biergarden" and several diffent restaurants very recommendable and a hair stylist is your direct neighbor, but still quietly at night.

Our apartment in the beautiful district of Sythen-Lehmbraken, the city of Haltern am See. In Sythen you will find everything your vacationer's heart needs, from a supermarket and snack bars to an Italian restaurant and an ice cream parlor. In the summer months, our small but beautiful outdoor pool is also open. The well-known and always well-attended Silbersee with its gastronomy is within walking distance of the apartment. The train station is 2 km from our apartment.

Mein kleines Paradies am See für Naturliebhaber und Menschen, die die Stille suchen. Nach einem Jahr Renovierung, jetzt wieder verfügbar, im neuen Glanz und neuen Ideen. Sehr gute Gegend für Radfahrausflüge und Spaziergänge im Wald oder einfach die Ruhe am kleinen See genießen, und den Vögel und Froschkonzerten zu lauschen. Mücken gibt es selbst im Sommer kaum. Für Menschen die Mal ein paar Tage Auszeit brauchen.

It was a great weekend for my boyfriend and me, the perfect weekend trip to simply escape everyday life and unwind. It was really a very modern furnished and cozy tiny house as seen in the pictures in real even so much more beautiful. We will definitely come back - I can highly recommend it. Many thanks to the friendly hosts and also to the nice staff who made our departure unforgettable with the great meet & greet with the alpacas.

Michael is a very nice host. The appartement is comfortable and everything you need, you can find inside. From the appartement you can go for a nice walk terughoudend the fields. And I would especially reccomend the place if you have a dog to take with you.

Susanne and Klaus are very friendly and nice hosts. The small apartment corresponds to the description and represents a well-kept and clean accommodation, nothing is missing for a pleasant stay. The location is very quiet in an exceptionally well-kept residential area with lots of greenery.

The exterior of the modern brick building features large glass doors that open to a small terrace. Sunflowers grow prominently in the foreground, adding natural elements to the setting. The design blends well with the surrounding landscape and neighboring structures.

I had a pleasant stay at Mechthild's accommodation and I really look forward to book it again. What I liked the most was the cleanliness and the calm and peaceful neighbourhood. Additional there are close plenty outdoor activities to do. Thank you so much for letting me have this comfy stay.
