Beautiful spot with an amazing view over Guanajuato — just like the photos. It’s up on a mountain, so getting there isn’t the easiest, and the entrances are a bit confusing. But once you’re in, it’s peaceful and the view makes it all worth it.

Un lugar cómodo y limpio. Está fuera del centro de la ciudad de León pero en auto te puedes desplazar fácilmente. Nos sentimos seguros en todo momento y muy cerca del fraccionamiento hay tiendas, verdulerías, una cafetería, farmacias, etc. Silencioso y tranquilo para descansar.

We felt at home at Christel's home. The place looks just like the photos. We had sufficient kitchen supplies to cook our meals and sufficient bottled water for the needs of 4 adults. Christel and her maintenance person were quick to respond when a minor issue arose about the boiler. Turns out we forgot to move the dial to the hot (caliente) setting after we turned on the pilot. We also had an issue about a loose toilet seat in the master bathroom and the maintenance person was quick to respond.

El alojamiento cumplió con mis expectativas, la casa está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila, las instrucciones por parte de Apolinar fueron claras. Excelente lugar.

Todo estuvo muy bien siempre estuvieron al pendiente de nuestras necesidades primero reservamos por un día pero al ultimo agregamos 4 mas lo recomiendo al 100% espero regresar muy pronto

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Maritere and Rodrigo’s place! While it is located a short walk from the center of town, and all of the activities and restaurants there, it at the same time was a tranquil respite from all the bustle and noise. The home itself is beautifully designed and decorated, and it is very well stocked with everything you might need to be comfortable for a few days, or much longer. Maritere and Rodrigo were excellent hosts, as well; they were always responsive and friendly, and we very much appreciated their flexibility with our reservation when we had to unexpectedly change our plans shortly before our arrival. We highly recommend staying there for your visit to Guanajuato!

un buen lugar para pasar la noche si vas a un evento en Poliforum. el Internet no funciona asi que si vas a trabajar este no es el lugar ideal.

De manera general excelente, solo un detalle. La regadera tiene muy buena presión solo que le falta darle una limpieza para que el agua salga por todas las perforaciones.

Un lugar centrico, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas, y a 10-15 min de la T1 que era lo que buscaba. Departamento en tercer piso pero las escaleras son comodas y amplias
