The place is just as it appears in the photographs. Everything was fine except we couldn't use the tub because there was no water, otherwise everything was excellent.

The house is very spacious and very comfortable, excellent to enjoy as a family, guaranteed fun as it has many games and activities inside the house. Rafael is a very good host, always on the slope before and during your stay.

I really liked it, it is super comfortable, the only "bad" thing is that if you arrive walking there are many climbs but it is central, there was hot water, very complete and clean. Apart from that I love the flowers and I loved that in the garden it is full of purple flowers

An incredible place and very relaxing in every part and corner of the accommodation. Very close to everything and also with the option, if you come by car, to safely store it inside. It has a Jacuzzi and you can really rest comfortably with the sounds and setting. I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay here again. Miguel and his family are excellent people. As a plus, in the same place there is a Temazcal experience, in case you decide to take it, it is totally worth it and it is in the same house. 😃🙌🏻

The beds are very comfortable, the place is clean and tidy, it is very nice, it has a good location, and it is very cozy. The hosts were very attentive to us and answered questions. The place has a box with personal hygiene items if you forget any, as well as everything you need to cook. It's well equipped for stays of several nights, very nice.

The house is excellent for groups, many bathrooms, very good facilities, entertainment option for the bendis, the dogs they have there are a love, you have space to park cars, play basketball or a cascarita, roasted meat. The rooms are quite clean and smelling of clean. The area where it is located is a popular colony, it is not a residential area where you can go for a walk in the early morning with all the calm, but taking that away the house is fantastic, we hope to return soon.

It meets all expectations, the place and its services are as offered. An excellent option to stay in Guanajuato, 100% recommended.

The house is just as in the photos, Mexican, nice, quiet area, super close to the Alhóndiga on foot or by car, the parking lot seems like a super plus, in a place where there is so little space like Guanajuato, on the corner of the street there is a small garden, to take your pet, a super plus also that they admit our dog who is part of the family, it was clean and had what we needed at least for us to spend the scheduled days. The person who gave us the keys, friendly and concise. There was no interaction with the hosts; which did not cause any problems since the house has everything to make everything flow well. It feels like you live in a very typical place in Guanajuato. Linda experience for my family.

Undoubtedly recommended, the place is comfortable, nice but above all super central, we arrived before the check-in time and we were allowed access, Mr. Fco. who is who receives you, very kind, I recommend a pension to leave our vehicle (this if it is a little removed but it is an excellent option if you take a car cost 250 pesos per day), we stayed from Sunday to Thursday my two children, my husband and I, in addition we take our pet!! The house has a cabin finish, it has what is necessary. Honestly, I was worried about the comments regarding noise and that it was a shared space with other guests but during our stay there was no noise at night... and with the other guests we only ran into each other twice so it wasn't a problem either. The tapanco is very nice the low ceiling for us was no problem. The weather was quite nice, maybe if it feels a little damp I guess for being an old farm and with little ventilation. Thank you!!

Our stay at this home was wonderful. The place is huge, much more spacious than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Also, it's beautiful, with a neat decor and lovely details that made our stay very nice. What we most appreciated was how quiet the place is, perfect to relax and unwind. Without a doubt, it is a highly recommended space for those looking for spaciousness, beauty and peace.

I looked at a lot of reviews and I must say, they were extremely accurate. Alex thought of everything. The place was even better than I expected and from the reviews, I expected a lot! The location was in Centro but toward the eastern end which is much more of a bustling Mexican part of town rather than a tourist section. Yet, it was an easy walk to the heart of Centro, where the Zocalo and Theatre is. I loved the hammocks on the big covered terrace overlooking the city. We were so happy to have the pool as well.

Very good value for money. Pools available practically all week, very good internet, easy to enter and exit the subdivision, excellent location and what pleasantly surprised me is that the neighbors in general are quite friendly, no horns or noise at night. Highly recommended!

Everything was fine, the house is in perfect condition and is very comfortable, and has everything you need to have an enjoyable time in it. The pool was very much enjoyed by the boys.
