Yunuem was a great host, meeting us at the apartment during check in to walk us around and show us where everything was. Located in a nice part of town where everything is accessible, including stores and street vendors. Very walkable, just a couple minutes, to the historical district.

Excellent place for one person, with the minimum necessary for a stay of several days. The location is perfect, because in my case it was close to the University and also on foot or by bus you could get to the center very quickly. It is also close to OXXO, Aurrerá, banks and places to go running in the afternoons. Paulina's service was impeccable, always attentive to any needs I had and willing to help. I would definitely consider this place to stay again for study purposes.

Our family loved the stay with Christopher! Like stated, Uber would pick us up right at the door, it is close to the main area where all restaurants are, teatro Juárez and main attractions, there are also like a few small stores where we were able to buy essentials from deodorant, toothbrushes to water, sodas and fruit, we would definitely stay at this home again in our next trip to Guanajuato, also, the fact that the house had 3 balconies, where we were able to have a mariachi serenade for my mother in law’s birthday, absolutely LOVED IT!!!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

We stayed at Casa Serena for almost 2 months. The house is charming and had everything we needed to feel at home and be self-reliant. The beds were so comfortable and the linens and towels were top-notch. Have a filtered water spout in the kitchen was a huge plus as it was great not to have to purchase and lug drinking water! The house is within easy downhill walking distance to the historic district with its lovely parks, museums, shops and restaurants. As is the case in many Guanajuato neighborhoods, the house sits on a hillside and so your walk back up from town is quite a workout! Still, that did not pose a problem for us. Alvaro was a perfect host. He was very responsive to any questions that came up and showed genuine concerns for our comfort and experience in his hometown. The welcome packet provided great recommendations for excursions and restaurants to try. Thank you too, Alvaro for the lovely sparkling wine you presented us with when we arrived. Thank you, Alvaro!

This house was an absolute gem—full of character and charm, and so much more personal than a standard Airbnb. On top of that, it was spotlessly clean and perfectly located, just a short walk from everything. The highlight was the incredible view over the entire city from the spacious terrace and the top-floor room—the perfect place to start the day. The host was amazing: super responsive (always replied within minutes!) and gave us fantastic recommendations for cultural events, sights, and great places to eat. There are a few quirks, like steep stairs and a nearby bar that plays music in the evening—but the music always stopped by midnight, so it never disturbed us. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back anytime!!

I would stay there again, it is very easy to get to, it is in a central area, everything is super close, the house has everything you need and is also very clean, the service of the person in charge was always friendly 10/10

In general, it is an excellent stay. If you come with children, do not forget the balls. The subdivision is completely closed and has courts and a playground. If they turn on the boiler, it has a stopcock at the bottom; it's not just opening the gas tank hahaha, it takes me an hour to realize. Super quiet, there is a shop inside the subdivision two blocks to the left and they have everything. It is not necessary to leave the private area. As for Juan, an excellent host, attentive at all times by WhatsApp for whatever you need.
