Moderne Wohnung mit Blick ins Grüne.

Unsere FeWo liegt 4km vom schönen Lindau entfernt. Sie bietet den idealen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an dem Bodensee, ins Allgäu, nach Österreich oder in die Schweiz. Ausgedehnte Spaziergänge sind von der Wohnung im angrenzenden Wald möglich. Ebenso ist sie für Wandern, Radfahren, Motorradfahrern, Baden oder Skifahrern gut gelegen. Ein Edeka Markt mit Bäckerei die auch sonntags geöffnet hat ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf zwei Weiher.

We rent out our caravan at our house. It sleeps two adults (140x200) and two children (bunk beds). The toilet and shower are located in the house, not in the caravan. Please bring towels and sheets, a sleeping bag or made-up beds and pillows. The final cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Not included in the price is the tourist tax (please pay in cash upon arrival), which provides discounted admission and free bus service. Adults €2.20, children 6-15 €0.70 per day.

Herzlich Willkommen in der Sonnenhalde in Sigmarszell. Unsere kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt in wunderschöner ruhiger Lage. Von der kleinen Terrasse aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf unsere Hausberge „Pfänder“, „Hoher Freschen“ und „Hohe Kugel“. Der Bodensee und die Inselstadt Lindau liegen ca. 6 km entfernt und sind schnell mit dem Auto oder auf ruhigen Fahrradwegen zu erreichen. Interessante Biker-, Fahrrad- und Wandertouren sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Die Gästewohnung mit Blick auf das angrenzende FFH-Gebiet befindet sich in unserem Haus in einem abgetrennten Bereich (Schallschutztür) mit separatem Eingang. Ihr kommt per Code jederzeit in die Wohnung und schließt sie mit dem Code ab. Das Zimmer und Bad haben Fußbodenheizung bzw. Kühlung im Sommer. Ein Babybett (120x60 cm) sowie ein Hochstuhl sind auf Anfrage vorhanden. Die Sauna kann dazu gebucht werden (25€ für einen Slot, ca. 3-4 Stunden inkl. Saunatüchern).

Unsere neu renovierte Ferienwohnung in der Schwatzenmühle kann sowohl Familien als auch Einzelreisenden ein gemütliches Heim auf Zeit sein.
