The walls are more than 50 cm thick, the floor is the original stone- paved floor, the openings (doors and windows) are the original small ones, the hight is exactly the same, we tried to keep it as untouched as possible! Only ten square meters interior leaving space with a beautiful yard to spend your affternoon. Two minutes walk to the beach, the beautiful sandy beach of Kamares, a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset!

The Kipseli residence has been designed with special attention to functionality and aesthetics. The bedroom features a large double bed, while the living room with its modern furnishing is a place where you can relax and enjoy the sea view.
