A 10-minute walk from the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Torre del Oro, the Reales Alcázares and the imposing Guadalquivir River. Private terrace on the main floor, private terrace on the duplex floor and large solarium terrace shared with two other apartments on the 3rd floor. Lots of light and little noise!

First of all, thank you for your interest in booking the accommodation, and it will be a pleasure to be your host. Magnificent loft renovated with a vintage and modern touch, in a classic Sevillian house. Located in one of the most cosmopolitan and traditional downtown areas of the city. The market is a few meters away, where you can taste all kinds of fresh products of the day. Bars, taverns, and wineries surround the area, where you can enjoy classic Sevillian tapas.

The apartment consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan living room and dining room with an open kitchen, from there you reach the patio where there is a swimming pool (not private) and a large outdoor space with deckchairs. There is also a double bedroom and a complete bathroom on the ground floor. On the second floor there is an independent double bedroom and an open space with two beds and a desk, plus a complete bathroom. Exquisitely furnished.

Very well connected with bus stops and taxi ranks. The apartment is functional, very bright and well decorated. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
