The large balcony (24 sqm) with a southwest-facing position has sun from noon until evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or dinner. For bad weather and in the evening, a Wii, DVDs, games, etc. are available. The complex has playgrounds and a soccer field as well as miniature golf. There is also a cozy beach bar and a bistro on the beach. You are welcome to bring up to two dogs, more by arrangement.
