Kid-friendly dream apartment with a view of the Baltic Sea

Our bright, modern, beach-friendly and child-friendly apartment awaits you on the Baltic Sea. We offer you a comfortable place to stay. To the beach it's only about 80 m without road in between. A Wii, DVDs, games, etc. are available for bad weather and in the evening. The complex has playgrounds and a Bolzplatz as well as mini golf. You are welcome to accompany up to two dogs, more by arrangement. ATTENTION! Roof renovation, the prices for Oct are therefore 20% lower, but does not disturb.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Pure relaxation and recreation

Vacation apartment in 23730 Sierksdorf, in the Panoramic complex with its own indoor pool and close to Hansapark (500 m). Walking distance to the beach about 650 m, distance to the train station about 700 m. The apartment has a parking space. The complex also includes a tennis court, bocce court, table tennis, as well as a children's play area. Near the complex there are all kinds of shopping (about 3 km to Neustadt), as well as restaurants.

We have redesigned our completely renovated apartment as a loft to have breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea and Lübeck Bay from the bed. When you enter our loft, you can look out on the blue shimmering water. Whether in the kitchen, at the dining table or from the sofa, you have a fantastic sea view. The beach is about 500 m away. Hansa Park is in walking distance. A small swimming pool is located in the neighboring house.

Romantic break for two directly at the sea. Our apartment on the 10th floor of the Hansatowers with wide view over the Lübeck bay. More sea is not available! High-quality furnishings. In complete silence, you can enjoy the expanse, with access to the beach right outside the front door and all the possibilities for excursions and cycling to the nature of Holstein Switzerland and the surrounding towns.

In 10 minutes on foot you will be on the beach of the Baltic Sea or HansaPark. On the premises there is a small swimming pool and laundromat. Please bring food and/ or observe the opening hours in the area. By car you are in about 5-10 minutes in Neustadt.

We had a wonderful and carefree vacation. The apartment is very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. The hostess was always easily accessible and very friendly. The beach is only a couple meters away from the apartment and very clean. Haftkrug and Scharbeutz are easily accessible by bike. Overall, we are completely satisfied and would love to come back. I'd love to come back. The communication and accessibility was great, the apartment very nice and tastefully decorated (thanks to many scented candles also good smelling). However, you should know that the building is partly still under construction (as of 05/25) - for us it was not a problem - but it could bother some people. The location is great - everything necessary for life is easy to reach, the beach is also easy to walk to on foot with luggage for a beach day. We liked Sierksdorf (first stay) very much, just because it does not seem to be as overrun as Scharbeutz. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed 3 nights at Alicja's place and felt right at home. Immediately after booking, Alicja contacted us and discussed our arrival with us. She was so kind to let us into the apartment earlier so we didn't have to wait forever in the car with our daughter. She welcomed us and explained and showed us everything. As I said, super friendly person and a beautiful apartment with a mega view of the Baltic Sea. The elevator takes you quickly to the apartment, the underground garage offers enough space for a large car. Everything was clean and everything you could need was thought of. Laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, dishcloths and dish soap, clean and soft towels, shower gel. She took great care of us so we had a great vacation. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend her as a super host.
