L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. I booked the stay as a surprise for my husband - and it was more than successful. Beautiful apartment, nicely furnished and very clean. The highlight is of course the hot tub and the view. Communication with Natalie was also super easy and friendly. Downtown Koblenz is only about 15 minutes away by car. We felt comfortable all around and highly recommend it!

Our stay at Tina's apartment was exactly as we had imagined, we were very satisfied and felt comfortable. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and perfect for short stays. Tina is very nice, helpful and quickly accessible.

Huong's place was just perfect for our needs. Only minutes away from shops and restaurants with a 5 minute walk to train station. I would be more than happy to stay there again and would recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the place! There was more than enough space for us – two adults, two children and even our big dog. We were particularly impressed by the beautiful garden and the loving details in every room – you can tell that a lot of heart was put into furnishing here. Everything was very clean and there was nothing missing. The location is wonderfully quiet – perfect for dog walks and just to switch off. A special highlight was the small stream right outside the door – totally idyllic! Irmhild was super friendly and straightforward in contact. We felt comfortable right from the start and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Grönebach! It had everything we needed and more — perfect for our family of three plus our two dogs. The apartment was clean and really well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal, with the Dorfpfad hiking trail right nearby — a fantastic path with beautiful scenery that we all enjoyed, including the dogs! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and would love to come back again. Highly recommend!

It is the best place To escape the pressures of life. A very quiet place and the host is a more than wonderful person and very helpful. I don't think there is a more beautiful place in Koblenz.

Nice clean place to stay. Silvia and Bernd are very friendly and accommodating. Communication went very well. The train station can be reached in a few minutes. You don't hear trains, it's pleasantly quiet. We had another wine tasting at the two of us. We felt very comfortable.

Already during the arrival, we were informed by the Schröder family exactly how to best get to the accommodation. On site, we were then personally welcomed and briefed on the special features of the localities (shopping, restaurants) and the apartment. The Schröder family was very friendly, extremely helpful and also responded to our requests during the stay. The two-week stay was very pleasant and can definitely be recommended.

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

We definitely want to come back. The place is very quiet and peaceful, beautiful nature. Prompt responses from the host were very helpful.

The place was easy to reach and find. We were immediately received at the entrance and we were helped with parking as it was very slippery on the entrance path and we did not have a four-wheel drive function, we had trouble. But we were immediately helped and then a tour was taken. Within the property there were also activities such as billiards, foosball or swimming, so the kids weren't bored! Our youngest didn't want to leave :D For special concerns, the responsible (Martin) was immediately there, which definitely deserves a big star. In the back of the property there is a garden with a large hill. There you can also have snow fun in winter time. Near the guesthouse there is also the ski slope of Winterberg. The cleanliness of the rooms and the lounges was very good, the kitchen could be better cleaned in some places, but otherwise everything was there too! Highly recommend! Regards,
