The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library.

Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom, each a plasma TV in living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower, tub and toilet, guest toilet, free parking, terrace to the forest, modern furniture, smoking corner on the terrace ( please do not smoke in the apartment ). In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Conveniently located: Mehlem-Lannesdorf regional train station about a 10-minute walk, bus stop to Godesberg or Bonn center about 250 m. The price includes the accommodation tax required by the city of Bonn at 7% (always more expensive...) = tourism tax.
