Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain eines Einfamilienhauses, mit Treppen zum separatem Eingang in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse. Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

From here you are within - 25 minutes in Cologne or Bonn - 45 minutes in Frankfurt Trade Fair, Frankfurt Airport, Düsseldorf Within 5 minutes you are within walking distance of the Heliosklinik as well as the pedestrian zone with numerous shops and public events in the city. Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

It is a newly renovated and bright comfort apartment (approx. 45 square meters) with its own bathroom, a kitchenette and modern basic equipment – ideal for a multi-day professional stay or just to relax over the weekend in the countryside.

This private room lies in Vinxel, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Bonn. The room is on the lower level of our house, with a separate entrance and private bathroom. The room is quiet and modernly decorated. A private parking space is available. Area: direct bus connections to Bonn City. Good road connections to Bonn, Siegburg and Cologne. This beautiful renovated old building apartment in a 2-party house is located in the upper center of Siegburg. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area, a living room with a dining area and a large couch. Also 2 bedrooms for up to 4 guests. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, so unfortunately not barrier-free.
