New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. The studio "De Roos" is fully and tastefully decorated and is located in a rural farmhouse, on the outskirts of the city of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work, or to relax and unwind. There are 2 bicycles available for guests. (downtown: 20 minutes by bike). Public transportation is within walking distance. Parking is free. There is a large, green yard with an orchard, a pasture with a pond (and benches), chickens, a rooster, sheep, and a friendly dog (stable).

Due to height differences, steep stairs and varying ceiling heights, it is not accessible to people with mobility impairments.
