Monthly Rentals in Sicciarotta-Calatubo

Very clean and well-located accommodation in the center of Balestrate, in the immediate vicinity of several very good restaurants. 30 minutes from the airport, 50 minutes from the center of Palermo, ideal location. Self check-in, responsive and available host. Free street parking, easy to find in September. Only downside, no real window in the accommodation, only the front door and a skylight in the bedroom.

I stayed with Rosario for three weeks in the accommodation with the blue kitchen. It was a great view of the sea as in the photos. I got a bike from him to make a few trips, since I was without a car. I was able to get to all nearby attractions such as the hot springs and the nearby nature reserve. Also Castellammare de Golfo was worth a trip and also offers the nearest shopping (in the off-season). Rosario was always available and helpful. The bedroom was quiet in the back of the apartment, Perfect for people who like it dark and quiet, because it has no window. I got everything I needed from Rosario without any problems, like a kettle and a bedside lamp. That made my stay perfect. I could work well on the balcony and in the village itself there are two cafes and the nearby one has really very good croissants. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes. Recommended for workation!

I had a short but fantastic stay in this nice apartment. Francesco was a great host and was really friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything I needed and was spacious and clean. I felt very comfortable und would definitely recommend it. 😊
