Beside the cabin is a spot for an outdoor fire, weather permitting. We have many trails off the property including a waterfall. We are close to town, but a world away. If you enjoy nature you will love our property. Our hottub is at the house with scenic views of the lake and town. With mulitiple guests we have booking times for private use.

"A Suite Above" is a gateway to adventure suitable for all seasons. You can enjoy a view of Shuswap Lake on your private deck with the natural gas barbecue - you’ll never run out of gas! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs, coffee maker, kettle and other amenities that will allow you to have a meal on the deck or at the dining table in the suite. The suite is air conditioned and the living area has a cozy natural gas fireplace for those cooler days and nights.

Riverside Ranch sits on 37 beautiful acres alongside the Shushwap River, 1km upriver from Mara Lake. The property has a private sandy beach on the Shushwap River, just steps away from your private patio and hot tub. Breakfast service is available for an additional $20/person per day.
