Villa vacation rentals in Sibillini Mountains

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! Alloggio molto spazioso e adatto a famiglie numerose (nel nostro caso eravamo in 6), molto pulito alla consega e posizionato in un ottimo punto a livello di ventilazione. Veranda stupenda!! Tutto ciò abbinato alla disponibilità e cordialità della Sig.ra Carla

We rented Eralda's property for a family reunion, traveling from both Australia and the UK. The property ticked all of our boxes, with great communal areas with lots of space for different age groups. Will rent again !!

Evaristo’s place was a little piece of heaven. If you have the ability to rent a car, I highly suggest staying at this casa - it is full of peace and impeccably maintained and restored. The trails and natural setting, with the birdsong and sunsets are unequalled. Whether you come for personal relaxation or a spiritual encounter in Assisi, this is where you should stay. Evaristo was an excellent host, very responsive and respectful.

Giovanni Andrea è un host molto disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La casa è ottima per famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici. La vista dalla piscina è bellissima. Beh che altro dire, CONSIGLIATISSIMA!!

Wir genossen als fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern von 7/9/11 Jahren unsere zwei Wochen Sommerferien in vollen Zügen. Mary und John sind tolle Gastgeber vor Ort und haben uns warmherzig und wohlwollend empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen bzgl. Ausflügen, Restaurants, Hausinformationen eingedeckt. Auch unsere Abreise am Vorabend war für sie kein Problem😃. Das Haus ist abgelegen und grosszügig in der Nutzung. Die Ventalitoren waren im Dauer-Einsatz…. Toller Pool, der sich selber reinigte, vor allem an den heissen Tagen haben wir das kühle Nass mehrmals genossen. Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit in den Abruzzen! We had a great two weeks at Grazia’s house. The outdoor space was fantastic, especially the pool area. The pool is great for children all sizes and was maintained throughout our stay. The full size table tennis table was enjoyed by all of us. The house is traditional, but homely and well equipped. The bathrooms work fine but do need upgrading. AC throughout, which was needed as it was very hot. Would recommend for a family if you want a peaceful stay and enjoy lots of time outside.

Vous rêvez de calme, du repos et de la tranquillité ? c'est endroit est parfait. la maison est grande, propre, fraîche et très agréable. tout est là pour cuisiner ou même faire des jeux en famille, surtout dans la cuisine extérieure. nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cet endroit. un grand merci à Anja et céleste pour leur accueil, gentillesse, et leur bienveillance.

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

la casa era molto bella l’unica cosa è che ovviamente andandoci d’inverno quei confort di cui potresti usufruire l’estate non li hai, ci sta… comunque sono stati davvero gentili non ci hanno dato un orario preciso per lasciare la casa ci sono venuti incontro. la casa è grandissima e c’è tanto spazio noi eravamo 15 persone e sembrava fossimo pochissime persone dentro casa per quanto è grande 😊 ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus war super geeignet für 10 Personen mit 2 kleinen Kindern (mehr wären auch möglich gewesen) und durch den Garten ein Paradies für uns. Da da Haus nicht klimatisiert ist, wird es in den Schlafzimmern auch Nachts teilweise nicht kühl, dafür gibt es aber in jedem Raum Ventilatoren. Der Pool ist ein wirklicher Traum. Vor allem die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Brians lokalem Mitarbeiter Andy war grandios - er hat uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben und bei allem umgehend geholfen :)

Bevagna is a perfect location for exploring all of Umbria. Villa Trabalza owner Luca is a gem. He is very responsive, has great suggestions for squeezing the most out of the region. He works well with Leonardo making our holiday wonderful. The home is very comfortable with plenty of space and nicely appointed. The kitchen is well equipped allowing for us leisurely breakfast, preparing delicious evening meals and an in home cooking class. The setting is magic among the olive trees and grape vines. The views of Assisi, Bevagna and Spello shimmering is the distance is sublime. Sitting on the porch staring into the distance and Mt Subasio is transcendent and will fill you with gratitude for how many wonderful things this world can provide. We invited various family members for their first visits to Umbria and they were overwhelmed with the beauty, history, kindness, food, wines and goods they discovered. Villa Trabalza is a rare gem.

This stunning villa is located on the hills outside of the town of Campello Sul Clitunno with spectacular sunset views of Spoleto, wider Umbria and hills. There are some tight and steep turns getting up to the villa so bring a good car and driver. The house is fully equipped with two kitchens, two living rooms, two terraces and five bathrooms, offering perfect privacy for larger groups. The welcome was warm and check-in and check-out smooth and easy. There are incredible pasta shops and restaurants nearby and a plethora of beautiful Umbrian towns within a 30-60 minute drive. Overall an unforgettable Italian holiday.

We enjoyed our stay at Lemonvilla. House on a hill with wonderful views. Marcus was very helpful with detailed instructions on local excursions and excellent restaurants to drive to. The house is very well equipped, new and clean. Thank you for our stay.

Jane was very friendly and house is exactly as the description and the pictures. Is located in a very calm area. You definitely need a car to get to any shop or the city of Montegiorgio. The pool is really great and regularly cleaned. House is very comfortable and has fulfilled all our needs. It was very clean at our arrival. We enjoyed the view over the hills of the area of Montegiorgio. Tipps of Jane for the restaurants have been very useful and accurate. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Casa Isabela

Esperienza positiva al 100%. Ci tengo a precisare che le foto presenti sul sito non rendono giustizia alla villa che Marco mette a disposizione. Posto splendido, più ampio di quanto sembra (vale anche per la piscina) e dotato di ogni confort necessario per qualche giornata di totale relax in campagna. In un momento di necessità Marco è stato molto disponibile ad aiutarci presentandosi addirittura alla villa in 15 minuti dalla segnalazione. Davvero ottimo. Torneremo sicuramente.

Tutto perfetto per un gruppo di 9 persone! Punto di partenza ideale per gite strepitose! Villa perfetta!!! Grazie di tutto!

Wat hebben we genoten op deze geweldige plek. We hadden het huis met z'n tweeën. Het zwembad was fantastisch en lekker thuiskomen na een dag leuke steden in de omgeving bezoeken (zoals o.a. Narni, Spoleto, Viterbo, Todi, Bagnoregio). Aleida reageerde super snel en attent. Bijkomend voordeel in dit heerlijke huis dat super rustig gelegen is, is de gigantische kast vol met Nederlandstalige boeken. En niet te vergeten het leuke ontbijt/koffie plekje naast de keuken. We hebben van iedere seconde genoten.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad met twee gezinnen samen. Een heerlijk ruim huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. De eigenaar is heel aardig, vriendelijk en goed te bereiken. Klein detail foto 22 en 23 zijn volgens mij niet van dit huis.

Spoleto and the surrounding cities are absolutely spectacular, ranking among the finest destinations in Italy. Giardino di Tosca was the ideal setting for our family reunion during Christmas vacations. I must note how clean the place was, this level of hygiene was a rare find and greatly appreciated. The careful attention given to every aspect of the property truly enhanced its charm

La casa è un’oasi di pace, l’abbiamo vissuta a pieno con tutta la famiglia incluso il nostro golden retriever che ha amato la location dal primo momento. La piscina è perfetta e totalmente disimpegnata dalla casa, i terrazzi ed il giardino offrono una vista su tramonti incredibili. Annalisa è un host perfetta, discreta gentile e disponibile. Il custode una persona deliziosa che ci ha deliziato con frutti dell’orto quotidiani.
