Not suitable for children or pets. Steps up to the Hut so please consider this too. The hut is on the edge of a pub garden. The pub trades on Sunday daytime throughout the summer and some Saturdays

We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

The orchard sits in 200 acres of wildflower grasslands and herbal leys. The farm is a short distance from the historical village of Hook Norton and in close vicinity of Burford, Banbury, Bourton-on-the-Water, Chipping Norton, Kingham, Moreton-in-Marsh, Oxford, Soho Farmhouse, Stow-on-the-wold, Stratford upon Avon and Woodstock.

We have recently refurbished our lovely barn conversion (c. 700 sq ft) to a very high standard. It is light, has amazing views, a log burner and a SoHo Farmhouse feel. It has a king sized double bed, Fibre Wi-Fi and under floor heating. Stunning part of the northern Cotswolds (Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford - 15 mins) with numerous walks and bridleways from the door. You can also rent three stables and two paddocks to bring your horses to stay. A good way to explore the Cotswolds.
