Villa vacation rentals in Sibenik

Zeer mooie en propere accomodatie. Inderdaad wel jammer dat er zeer weinig keukengerief aanwezig was, zoals een extra pan (zeker als je met zo'n grote groep in de woning logeert), keukenhanddoeken, sponsjes,..... Ook was er geen poetsgerief aanwezig, zoals een stofzuiger, dweil,...Nadat we de host hadden gecontacteerd, werd dit wel zeer snel in orde gebracht. De host is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De woning ligt op wandelafstand van supermarktjes, bakker, groentekraampjes en slager. Ook zeer nabij heb je verschillende eetgelegenheden. Wel even oppassen als je via de host een boot wilt huren. Host heeft niets met deze verhuur te maken. Deze mensen zijn niet betrouwbaar! Ze verhuurden een speedboat die al stuk was, waar water binnenkwam, niet voorruit geraakte, geen reddingsvesten. We werden beschuldigd van het crashen van de boot. Boot uit water gehaald, niets te zien. Bleek dat de pomp al enkele dagen stuk was. Geen geld teruggekregen!

L’appartement est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer incroyable ! Les commerces de proximité peuvent se faire à pied (dont une boucherie de qualité) Parking voiture est un plus :-) La climatisation dans toutes les pièces ! Les 3 vélos à disposition nous ont bien servis : les balades le long de la côte me manqueront ! La plage au bout du quai avec le beach bar ! Les recommendations de Marko ont toutes été de qualité : la sortie en bateau était géniale ! Nous avons adoré le fait d’être sur une île : c’est tout de suite plus paisible Que du bonheur !!!!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

I can recommend this house we were a group of 9 people and everyone was happy. Always quick contact with the host, house in a nice quiet area, about 20 minutes to the center on foot. The house was clean, the rooms were very nice, just like in the pictures, the house is big, I think you can feel at home there. The bathrooms are great, only the grout in the showers would need to be replaced, but as it is, there is nothing to complain about. The pool is wonderful, nothing to add, nothing to take away. To sum up, I can wholeheartedly recommend this house to everyone! ❤️

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Sie ist sehr sauber und gemütlich gewesen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Der Kontakt zu Tanja war unkompliziert und freundlich.

Als wir ankamen hat das Navi uns erst in eine andere Straße lotsen wollen aber wir haben es dann doch relativ schnell gefunden. Als wir ankamen ist ein junger Mann sofort zu uns gestoßen und hat uns alles erklärt und die Unterkunft gezeigt. Seine Mutter hat uns sofort mit kalten Getränken versorgt u. die Familie war wirklich super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie wohnten in dem kleinen Häuschen das sich genau auf dem Weg zum Privatstrand befindet. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Ausblick ein Traum. Die Appartements haben alles was man braucht zum Leben und in der Nähe der Villa gibt es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants mit gutem Essen.Der privat Strand war wunderschön und wir durften sogar Masken und Paddelboot ausleihen zum schwimmen.Egal was wir gebraucht haben,die Familie war immer da. Auch der Pool war schön groß und sauber. Den Flughafen in der Nähe hat man nicht wirklich gehört aber es war beeindruckend die Flieger starten zu sehen. Vielen Dank für alles

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb in Kroatien! Wir waren drei Nächte dort und es war einfach makellos. Alles war genau so, wie es auf der Airbnb-Seite beschrieben wurde. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und perfekt für unseren Kurzurlaub. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

- sehr Freundliche Vermieterin die gleich nebenan wohnt - die Villa war mega schön und sehr sauber - es gibt viele spaßige und schöne Unternehmungen in der Nähe - wir wurden sogar von Diana und ihrem Mann einen Abend zum Essen eingeladen (was super lecker war) - alles in allem war der Urlaub und die Unterkunft großartig und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt Danke!

Myself and 8 friends had an amazing time at this villa. Duje and Jelena were the best hosts I’ve ever experienced and were super helpful throughout our stay. It was our first time in Split so they made us feel very welcome. The Villa itself was very clean and spacious with everything you’d need. It was exactly what we were looking for. It’s also near a shop and only a short drive into the town centre. We had the best time and will definitely be back !!

Værterne er super søde, opsøgende og imødekommende. Og huset er virkelig lækkert. Dejlig pool og super godt køkken med grillsted ved poolen. Der er også køkken inde i selve huset. Byen som huset ligger i har ikke rigtig noget. Man skal køre til supermarked, strand og by men det vidste vi godt da vi bookede. Til gengæld er der skønt pool område, dog kun tre solsenge, gode vær., med hvert sit bad og toilet. Og en god aircon i alle vær. Alt var rent og i orden da vi kom. Og vi kommunikerede med værten undervejs som var til rådighed 24/7.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in Gordans Villa in Split! Die Lage ist ideal und gut erreichbar, sodass wir ohne Probleme anreisen konnten. Die Villa war makellos sauber, was uns gleich ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Gordan war ein unglaublich freundlicher Gastgeber und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom schönen Pool, der perfekt für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen ist. Insgesamt eine wundervolle Erfahrung – wir können Gordans Villa nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Kroatien. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum! Der Blick vom Balkon aus, direkt auf das Meer, war super entspannend. Die Anlage hat den Bildern und den Angaben entsprochen. Der Service vom Haus war spektakulär. Dora, die fleißige Fee, hat auf Wunsch alles erfüllt. Sie hat das Haus fleißig gereinigt, auf Wunsch auch täglich. Jure, der Concierge, hat auch jeden Wunsch erfüllt, wenn dies gewünscht ist. Er hat viele Tipps zum Essen gehen uns gesagt und hat uns viele Freizeitangebote angeboten. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir hatten auch den Service des Chefkochs gebucht, hier muss es jeder für sich entscheiden, ob dies dem Gaumen entspricht. Wir fanden es gut. Wir wollten ursprünglich unsere Fahrräder mitbringen, dies ist nicht zu empfehlen, nicht allein wegen der Anfahrt, sondern ist es in dieser Region nicht machbar. Das Haus würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen und waren mit allem Rund um sehr zufrieden.

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

In den beiden Apartments hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt im unteren Apartment sogar einen Kaffeevollautomat. Die Einrichtung entsprach exakt den Abbildungen. Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Gerne wieder.

Great villa, clean modern and a decent pool. The rooms were perfect and the bathrooms were great. The views are spectacular and the villa is right above the beach. Pisak is a beautiful little town, it has a grocery store, a greengrocers, a bakers and a few restaurants. It is also built on the side of a hill so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The sea is so clear and the beach is a typical Croatian beach, small pebbles. I recommend buying the beach shoes they sell in the shop on the beach front. Omis is a 20 minute Uber ride and worth a visit, also Split is great, but gets very busy. Croatia is a beautiful country and the people are so kind and helpful. Also if you like Roman history Croatia is full of it. Also the Pizza's are amazing.

In dieser Unterkunft konnten wir mit der Familie einen schönen Urlaub verbringen, denn trotz dem gemeinsamen Haus, hatten wir dank den einzelnen Schlaf und Badezimmer privatphäre. Der Strand ist einen gemütlichen Spaziergang entfernt, jedoch sehr anstrengend um wieder zur Unterkunft zu gelangen, da diese auf einem Hügel ist. Darum haben wir ein Taxi gebraucht um dahin zukommen. In Makarska kann man sehr viel Unternehmen, uns wurde nie Langweilig. Wir haben uns sehr Willkommen gefühlt beim Check-in. Danke das wir kommen durften!

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Unterkunft! Die Ausstattung ist top, man hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der beheizbare Pool war super. Das Haus ist modern und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt!

This is our second year in the row renting the house. We love it and hope to come back again. Mihovil is a great host. He is very helpful and generous. He bought groceries for us when we arrived late from the airport. He also made dinner for us with local delicacies. It is very easy to have contact with him. The house is very big and perfect for a large party of people. The outside area is very good for children since it is secluded. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool area. The surroundings are beautiful. The stoone beach, wich is in walking distances, was lovely. There are restaurants close by. It is perfect to be able to buy newly baked bread in the store on the ground floor of the house. We walked with our 4 and 5 year old children to the beach and town. We also took a boot trip on the river that I recommend everyone to do.

Wir haben Nenad und Vedrana als ganz tolle Gastgeber kennengelernt. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und die Unterkunft wurde mit ihren Details vor Ort übergeben. Alles war so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos gezeigt, Details wurde erläutert und Hilfestellung bei der Freizeitgestaltung angeboten. Das nahmen wir gerne in Anspruch und es war einfach klasse. Die Kommunikation war während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hervorragend und Nenad war immer ansprechbar. Wir können uns einfach nur herzlich für einen tollen Urlaub bedanken und kommen gerne wieder.

Kristel’s place is beautiful. It’s up in the mountains and so you do need a car but the drive is worth the views. Sunsets are fabulous and we loved the walks in the local area. When we went, the restaurants weren’t open as it was the end of season but we bbq’d, ate at home or went into Split for the evening. Kristel and her husband are lovely and keen to help. There was an issue with the pool and they were very helpful and quick to respond. They allowed us to check in early and met us at the bottom of the hill to show us how to get to their house as it is a bit tricky first time if you don’t know where to go. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place.

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Our stay in Bol was nothing short of delightful, primarily thanks to the charming two-bedroom Villa . The view from the balcony was absolutely superb, offering a stunning panorama that we enjoyed every day. Lounging in the sun, sipping coffee, and soaking in the breathtaking scenery was an everyday highlight. TheVilla itself was the perfect size for our needs. It was cozy and comfortable, making it an ideal retreat after exploring the beautiful town of Bol. The two bedrooms were well-appointed, providing ample space for relaxation. The location couldn't have been better. We were just a short walk from the beach and local amenities, yet the apartment was situated in a peaceful area, ensuring a restful stay. Overall, this villa is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to experience Bol. With its unbeatable views, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful villa with a lovely pool, plenty of space and every amenity you could need for a relaxing holiday. Well off the beaten track so would recommend a car. Karlo and his father were great hosts and we would definitely stay here again.
