Spacious and clean bungalow. It accommodates our needs as a big group. One minor downside would be that there are quite a few "rules" and requirements for this accommodation, such as having to dispose of the trash by ourselves, long waiting time for water heater pump and etc, but some are understandable given the age of the house and price of the stay. Overall a good experience for my friends and I.

Phillip is very approachable and communicative. We had a great time relaxing and watching the beach and sunset during our brief visit. The house has been tastefully refurbished and furnished with comfortable furniture to ensure that our days are relaxing. There are enough cooking utensils available to prepare good meals. His space is rather cosy, and he has chairs outside for you to enjoy the breeze and the dawn or sunset. He also supplied a simple barbeque pit. The water pressure is good and the toilet is clean. Although there is no wifi available, there are no problems with the cell network. Overall, we are pleased with our brief escape from KL.

Our stay was nice and peaceful. The house is big and spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa were absolutely amazing and definitely the highlights of the trip. The facilities overall were top-notch, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We especially enjoyed the massage chair; it was a great way to relax. The only issues we encountered were the presence of mosquitoes and the water heater not being hot enough. Other than that, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable trip!

Anna went above and beyond what a host was expected to do I left my blanket there and we worked out how to deliver the blanket to Kuala Lumpur and was able to get my blanket back before I left the country. She always responded really fast and answered any questions we had. She also gave us lots of suggestions on food places places to go. The place we stayed in was beautiful and very clean.

The house was large and comfortably accommodated 8 adults and 2 kids. Nicely furnished living room and bedrooms, with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric stove and toaster). Kidney shaped pool was a favourite with the kids and the veranda behind the house which faced the sea was the adults’ favourite hangout. The sunset everyday from the veranda was glorious! Altogether, a beautiful restful place that we hope to return to in the near future.

We really love it and will repeat again in future. The place is the same as Lexis Hotel beside the Grand Lexis Hotel. The room is called Deluxe Water Chalet. You can look it up on Lexis Hotel to see where is it and the room is very near to the beach. No need to walk far to get inside of the room. The room is very nice and clean with aircond, watwr heater, tv, fridge, iron, hair dryer and a bath tub. Please note that, there's no private pool but it's fine for us. Because we enjoyed without it too because they have a balcony to see a seaview. Not much space for the balcony but enough for us two to relax there. They provide 1 king bed and 1 single bed. I think the maximum capacity is 5 pax. For the food, you can order food from the hotel restaurant but you jeed to pickup yourself because they don't provide delivery to your room because it's not the hotel room. You can also order grab food or food panda but need to pickup the food at the guard. Need to walk a bit. Me and my wife love it!!!

It was a very nice stay. It has 2 rooms, 2 bathroom with bathtubs. All amenities were fully prepared as per remarked. There were soap and shampoo ready, pots and pans in cabinet. There was even bbq grill sets (2 sets) ready. Abby was so helpful in giving instruction for check-in and she answered all questions clearly. Since we went on Monday, the place got only few people. We love how private it is. Open the backdoor, you can see the beach. It's just that since you are near to the beach, there are quite of mosquitoes would come in from backdoor. The host prepared Ridsect to be used for your convenience. But for extra care, you can bring mosquito repellant on your own. Overall satisfied with the stay.
