I recently stayed at this apartment and had a great experience. The room offered a stunning seaview—waking up to the sound of waves and a panoramic view of the ocean was a highlight. This place was great! The house is accurate as described, you will get the beach view, provided with a lot of facilities including mini zoo, pool, beach, etc.

Lovely and cozy place to stay! Instructions and check in process was clear and easy,host was clear and fast in their communications as well ,and the room is just like in the photos!

Mr Rajendran is super accommodating to us as we were travelling from ipoh, told him we will reach 9 to 10pm originally but due to jam only arrived 11pm. He waited for us and showed us around the facilities, even help us turned on the aircon upfront which I think is a superb sweet gesture. View is great in the morning with the Seaview right in front of you.

David’s place was very homey, although the unit is on the older side, but somehow my friends and I felt very at home. Great value for money. Thanks for the hospitality!

The check-in process was simple, and the instructions given were easy to follow. The balcony view was stunning, particularly during sunset. Definitely worth the price

Enjoy the fireworks on the New Year’s Night by the beach which is easy to access from the unit. Aizat is very responsive! The unit is clean and spacious for 4 people of my family

A good place to stay. You can just walk down to the resort, then directly go to the Beach The Owner very kind, when the homestay do not have the hair dryer, She direct arrange purchase a new hairdryer for us in just 30 minutes times.

Phillip is very approachable and communicative. We had a great time relaxing and watching the beach and sunset during our brief visit. The house has been tastefully refurbished and furnished with comfortable furniture to ensure that our days are relaxing. There are enough cooking utensils available to prepare good meals. His space is rather cosy, and he has chairs outside for you to enjoy the breeze and the dawn or sunset. He also supplied a simple barbeque pit. The water pressure is good and the toilet is clean. Although there is no wifi available, there are no problems with the cell network. Overall, we are pleased with our brief escape from KL.

The owner is helpful, and responsive. The house unit is close to the elevator. The homestay is close to the sea, just exit through the back porch. Nice view and nice stay. You can repeat again for sure.
